No delivery on March. Delivery in April

It totally depend up on you.

R15 is a true head turner...!

    Pulsar 200NS is a performer.
As told above, no reviews or test rides are out of P200ns. So wait for a review if you want the Pulsar200NS..!

Or go for R15. It's a awesome machine..!

    R15 2.0 Anytime Anyday Anywhere

The reason being its tried and tested. The 200 on the other side is new technology, you can trust the reviews but a good feedback of 5 months should be able to tell you how the bike is. Since its not present and you need wheels then the R15 is anytime better. Also the 200 hasn't been made available and the reviews these days make me feel of marketing tactics and nowhere close to reality....

Thats a personal suggestion, would not be contributing much in it after this post.

The R15 has history, 200NS is just born!!!

I on the other hand is against it.
    Yeas Sitaram @ tody Road.
Nah, there are booking done before I called. One of my friend also said, in his area more than 3 people booked it.

I think it's not official. Now taking the bookings and make it official after starting March month.

Dman, it's not current pulsar. I repeatedly asked that whether its new pulsar launched past monday. And also they said, the bike will arrive on April. So that's what Mr. RB said, bookings in March and Sales in April..!

Anyway am going to the showroom 4 booking. Ask more when gone. Wait.

Well the only reason what i feel people will think twice about buying KTM is the Smaller Pillion seat,,,,,
The same reason why few people hesitate to buy R15V2.0 is the same reason that the Pillion seat is Uncomfortable.......

I'm expecting 95k OTR.. anything above that might just put doubts in buyer's mind and make him go for Duke 200 , not that Bajaj would care, they will be more than happy if someone does that. I don't mean to say 30k difference in price is not small, but there could be more buyers who would think that way. I feel that if someone is ready to spend about a lakh on bike, he can easily stretch it by another 30-40k.

    OK..
But what i have planned till now, is that i will book 200NS at d earliest; and obviously will not tamper with the bike till d warranty period(2yrs).
By then BAL will have launched a faired version, which i guess will share the same frame as of 200NS. So probably the fairing would fit onto d bike without hassle, or else have to change the tank as well.

I am not a rough rider, so i guess engine heating wont be a problem for me. However will have to make sure that air intake valve doesn't get blocked becoz of the fairing.

Senior members pls throw further light on modifying 200NS with Faired version.(whether possible or not)

I know this beast looks good nd aggresive in its naked condition, but i hv a peculiar affinity towards Fully Faired Bike.

Just kidding, End of the Day be it Kawasaki or KTM it was Bajaj which dragged them into India, else we would see them only in movies like Dhoom....
Engine is never considered to be brain of a bike, rather the heart. Reason, the engine does not control anything by itself. It only pumps out power which makes the bike run(like blood). May be you should check if the NS holds the ECU of KTM (which is apt to be considered as a brain)

    Potential buyer of 200NS

Hi, dis is Shibadip, 4m Kol.
I had a pulsar150cc 2.5yrs back which got stolen. Till nw hav'nt bought anything new.
Am planing 4 200ns. altough d bike looks good nd aggressive, but i somehow am not a fan of naked bikes.
do u think a full fairing can b attached to it aftr d warnty priod!! ( also heard dat full fairing nxt gen pulsar might b availble later dis yr, but cannot wait dat long)
also am plaming to book it on 1st instance only. i am a bajaj fan, but will it b risky bookin d byk bfore loking at some of ownership reviews??

Also can u pls throw me some light on another thing...
If BAL r gng to launch a full faired/half-faired version, i guess dey will b using the same frame as of 200NS. So can d same fairing b attached to 200NS without much of niggles?? The only problem I see is d Hunk like protruding tank of NS. However i once saw a hunk modified with a R15 v1.0 fairing at kolkata, although it did'nt look dat good.

P.S.- I am also against any modification on bikes, as i think bike looks and performs better in original self. But also i am vry much of an anti-nacked theme guy. Dats y never liked FZ16.

One more thing-- read in dis forum dat unofficial booking have started. However on enquiry from Probiking showroom, dey assured me of NO booking till Aprl!!!(and then went on to persuademe to book a Duke200)
Can anyone confirm the Unofficial booking, and do i need to have a inside source in probiking to book it unofficially??
[I want my 200NS to be d first one in Kolkata]

I'll probably go tomorrow or the very next day to book one.

When asked about the price, she said "1 lakh".

So seniors & bro's, one question.

If I booked one and gave 5,000 booking cash and when the actual price is over 1 lakh, ( am expecting in 85-90 range) can i cancel the booking and will they return the cash?
if the price is more than u expect and if there is a waiting period on the bike then u may be in for a profit by transferring ur booking.
but u cant be sure about the waiting period because bajaj is known to have practically no waiting period on their bikes.
