I'm searching for a shop which can provide me that.. may be we both can start selling plug -n-play setups for 220 on Xbhp..
Yeah.. I just soldered the relay directly to the harness without using any additional wires. Now it is much neat. I got an extra one from accident vehicle. Sad that we dont get extra ones.

Lol.. I would love to start this business.. Soon all the P220's would start running on dual beam.

Yeah and then Bajaj will either fire us, or hire us in the Stars Ahead!

PS: I'm trying to get the part. I queried, some Authorized non-pbk spares get it on order let's see.

      • Something i noticed..
Even u shift from single beam to dual beam the engine revs are dropping by about 300 rpm! Also my roots vibromini sounds a bit feeble with dual beam ON!

Using this twin halo setup on my new battery for about a month now. No battery drain!

Silliest thing is i havent taken any pics yet!

In my case even with a single HID, there's a slight drop in RPM, not much noticeable though.

Roots are quiet heavy, may be coil power is insufficient.

Both the beams on - is attached here. What kind of picture you want in day time? I mean the the picture from front, or the spread of the light, which is ofcourse not possible.

Put a filter to your camera or a x-ray in front of it.

Hey Rahul, Can you please add this in DIY section, it would be really helpful. So that all the steps are clear to novice like me. Over here, it is spreaded all over with lot of queries and suggestions....... That made my mind go hay wire.......

                          Also Adding HID's....

                          Please

Adding this DIY, section will mean, providing Step by step procedure including pictures. That would mean opening up the fairing and rewiring. Next time, whenever such a need arise to rewire, I will surely upload it to DIY thread.

damn I just can't make you understand what I want ..I don't want spread of lights. I want to see how the HIDs themselves looks like when both are switched on during day and during night.

Got few more questions for you.

1.Where will be the toggle switch to change the modifications to normal will be located?
                              2. What function does the high beam switch and the dipper do when both the HIDs are on ??

                                1. Your wish. Most probably near where the modification of the circuit is being done.
                                2. Its the high beam switch only which makes both the HIDs work together. The dipper switch will have no effect while the high beam switch is on (it will work like how it works normally).
