I have been longing to get one for my Zma too, but shortage of time dint let me go to fetch the projectors.

Just out of curiosity, does the projectors have the provision of adjustment...as we have in our stock head lights, so that we can adjust it to out needs. also, these three projectors with the black tape.... mate that is some real @$$...kudos!
    Thanks Dude for appreciation
Projectors doesn't come with any adjustment (atleast the ones I got didn't ve) but while mounting projector u can make clamps in such a way that u can adjust the beam. I did it in that manner only. But only thing is, all 3 projectors focusing will vary based on 1 screw.

Go for the Osram NB H3, u know its performance before this also, If u've little more money, go for HID 35w worth for projectors.
I haven't glued the Bulb I can't even imagine that . I made a clamp myself so that it can hold H1 properly and get fixed into the D2S place.

Let me save for HID, yeh dil maange moree

With my experience, use it as only low beam with HID it will be amazing.
H3 is a single filament bulb and u cant use as high beam, thou removing the shutter will throw the light little higher.

I think you have got Skoda's Projector which holds H3 bulbs. In that case its hard to remove the shutter. You will have to remove the front lens and then take out the shutter which is risky and so i didn't do it too.

Sreeni, can u post the pics of that clamps (Bulb base conversion tips)

How will u manage all the 3 projectors levelling with a single screw? Is it aligned all in the same ?

Well the H1 bulb was sitting fine on the base, so i need not alter anything. The projector had provision to put screws on both sides of the bulb so i just had to make a flat clamp with a hole in middle and little bends so it can tightly press the bulb..!! Thats it... Bulb is fixed...

This is how H1 Bulb looks and the clamp it needed

Yup i ve levelled all 3 projectors... So adjusting 1 screw will move all 3...

Quite clever job. Adjusting with one screw will give u the desired spread from all three?

Yes thats what I meant too. Once we tried with this lens long back without much knowledge of levelling tricks, that time it ended up with the beam was aiming to the sky. But it was long back, and the lens we used was just a magnifying glass fitted to a clamp and the reflector was a torch light's I know its very crude but myself and my friend was trying to figure out is viabile or not.

                          Loved your mods.

Actually, I had also planned to split the headlight of my RTRFI, got a spare headlight and fairing also, but couldn't get time to search for suitable reflectors. Your mod has inspired me again to move.

Moreover, adjustment with one screw is a great job done.

@Shreeni0403: I could see you keeping a close eye on the threads related to DC Wiring, lighting, HID and then Rahul and you both chatting about it!
If you have come up with this kind of mod, i am not surpeised!
But it has been done nicely.

However Shreeni. what i would like to know in Detail is, that the coil and the RR unit that you have in your vehicle are generating current to only light up 1 35/ 35 w bulb,if you are putting 2 55W and 1 100W, They will never glow uptil their performance level??
and you will not get satisfactory results!

In My humble Opinion, instead what we can do is Put Two prjector's like may Be this way 0 being depcying the Projector lens:

one above the other and the one above should have focus something like this!

It would be killing!!! Would it not be..??

P.S: There are two questions for you,in this post.

P.S: There are two questions for you,in this post.
                                Regarding coil
I had put 100w on High Beam (DC) and 55w Low Beam (DC) and another 55w on AC (which was at its max bcz there is no tail lamp or speedo bulbs connected to AC).

Since an year am running Osram NB 55/60 on DC and my battery can take the load for 6hours out of which 3 hours was bumper to bumper traffic conditions. I feel that is pretty much good.

I ve never used 100w for longer time, as I was not happy with the spread i have removed the setup right now.

But still going ahead i will be rewinding the coil and getting the RR Unit changed so that i can play around with all 3 lights together .

Well to the design u suggested, placing 1 projector above other, that was my idea too but unfortunately there is no sufficient height for it in the stock reflector

PS : I see that you haven't read previous posts
