Hahaha... I made hell lot of juggad to put all of them. Plz don't remind me of those ..

You got those projectors with HID or you purchased the HID separately ??
If you purchased separately then how much for it ??
I might rethink if I can source single D2S.

This time u r missing some of the posts man gota check ur eyes? I've specified that its an HID ready projector kit. U can go for an HID Conversion kit, but sourcing a D2S will be a costly affair as only premium cars coming with D2S bulbs, being rare, costly too. If u can source it from junk it will be better.

U guys r making me crazy about the price, even my bp is raising when I think of it. That guy put the phone off for days to enjoy the vocasion with family at Ooty for a week.

Not yet confimed the price am just expecting, once he told me this is the price range there, but not sure about this particular kit. Shall tell u on Wed.

Am into another mess, my reflector assy came off from the positioning ball sockets due to the excess weight of the kit I think, and its looking downwards. But its not visible from looks or from the beam spread as its got a very decent pattern, but it really messedup with the high beams. I need to re open the assy and do the whole work once again to fix this. May be to morrow I hope I'll get some time to do that. Shall catch some snap shots how I mounted the lens to the assy.

I need to open the dome once again as the refletor positioning ball sockets came off from the the studs when I adjusted more than its limit. I thought it came off because of the weight of the lens, but I over adjusted the screw and ended up in this. Some of you had asked for the mounting methods so I've taken some shots of it. Here are some of it.

This is the back side of the reflector and see how I made the space to accomodate the lens in the cavity. U can see the screws for mounting the lens

This is the front view with the shroud so no sign of cutting the reflctors

              Another side view

This is the front view with shrouds removed, check for the screws for mounting.

              See the other side

See the full view of mounting

Have a close look, I just put a drop of silicon sealant to prevent the nut getting loosened.

This is where I fixed my ballast, very secure and firm, one connector to the ballast, and AE wiring the entire assy will come off.

See the reflector position, its looking upwards, its the max I can lift, but no one gets the low beam on their face, this is what I was looking for

Will update the night shots soon.

My projectors doesn't have "shrouds". Can I get them separately ?? Probably that was missing and so the looks was yucky and I could mount 3 projectors

Actually shrouds are giving the finished looks and more appealing with that, but at the same time, its eating up the space like anything. U can make the custom shrouds by SS sheets to funnel shapes, I've seen in net somewhere.

Shree how'll u protect the lens reflectors and bulbs from the dust and water getting inside if u keep the whole assy outside of the reflctor? It should be kept sealed to avoid the above.

That's a nice job Sajjit, I'm still trying to imagine the size of the projector, it has taken up all the space inside the beam.

Sajjt, Wow wow, this is height of DIY + mods man Are these covers are your mods man? Looks so cool and simple and par with any OEM shroud. What is that alumn round thing? How did you got that? BTW, what car is yours, you said once you've got a Swift and the pic shows some other car like a moded Honda City or Esteem? Post some pics of that car full shots too.

How about the price? Not yet got the bill? Or got a heart attack? Get a glass of water before seeing it to make you cool.

We all waiting for the beam spreads in night, are they ready to update?
Please put a shot of the angel eyes lightup with the wolf eyes, just want to visualize the final outcome.

And how about the respect you are getting from those truckies? Are they giving you or you commanding by flashing High beam hi hi

I hope you have gone through very deeply into this and I expect your assistance for all of us who are going for a projector mods.

RossiFan, thanks for the comment. Yes I've done some research for these lenses and I dont think that I've finished as some mods to be required to tap out few more lumens from the blocking sheild.

Hi Hi Hi, those were not my mod man, its from the net I got, forgot the link, a very talented DIY hobbyist job too.

Yes, I got the bill yar, not that much to stop my breath, coming to 12K, for him as no duty or any taxes. He says it could be around 20K if we buy it from local market. I know its near to that as a normal single beam projector from here will cost around, 5K without HID, so add that too. Its justifies him.

I couldnt take any night shots as I forgot take my cam from office, will do it on Mon. Surely AE shots will be there along with that but no wolf eyes as I disconnected cause I didnt felt its appealing with AEs.

Oh yes, some are very quick as a reflex, shift to low beam when I flash. and some ... %@#&#@ are still least bothered about the lights they've put on, evenif I flash both the spots too.....
