      @ Abhi
      What kind of a setup r u using ?
What was the price of such kind of a setup ??
If the projectors would not fit in my budget i would rather go for ur setup...
The blue bulbs in ur meter luks gud...
Well, have rewinded my coil and used a 100/90W bulb in amby reflector with a custom RR unit. Blue LEDs are used in the console. I have made threads for each of my mods. Search around!

Brilliant work sajit!! I'm amazed to see your dedication in doing such a mod job, especially where I read that you used an OVEN instead of hot air blower
PS: did you convert your electricals to DC for fixing HID?

Thanks Nio, its not a matter of dedication but the non availability of the hot air blower But oven is the right thing to pull out the glass as it heats up the dome evenly so the sealant will be soft uniformly, if u use a blower, it takes time and the sealant will not be soft enough to pull out all the places. But put the dome on a wooden peice rather placing it directly to the oven else, bottom plastic part will get melt due to the heat.

Yes DC conversion was done before the projector mod, was having a HID Conversion Kit which was a head ache for me for a month due to batt drain issues, I used to get a max backup of 30-40mins on HID, I sorted out with the help of Abhijeet. I took some tip from him to tap the AC out and the RR part was succeeded after a few trials with other RRs, was the real pain in that whole process. But it was worth to try, now I can use my HID+2X55W Spots at the same time on DC without frying my batt. Not even a single auto electrician said OK to this idea, so I did it myself.

Right, to take out the glass you have to keep the sealed beam into an oven, thats what I can find from net. But I do another crude method, just keep the dome in the sunlight for 1 hr, it will be softer to pry out the glass.

HID+ 2 Spots is an over killer mate Beware of those truckies they may get mad and run over you.

LOL..... nice idea of being eco friendly and power saving mod too

Man u can do it on a MW oven too.

I know about these monkeys will do that, I had the experiences. So I will always keep distance or on a different lane with median inbetween so no runover I can still pop their A%$$ from a safe distance

Hey its a universal retrofit HID projector, very common chinese brand. For a full kit ranging from $80-150 FOB China, depending on the size of lens, brand, ballast etc. on which am working to import. Will tell u soon about that soon.

So i guess theres no way to fit dual beam in H7 right?
A fact -- It takes more love to share the pillion seat, than to share the bed.

Exactly, only H4 is meant for dual beam others r single beam like H1, H3, H7 etc. which is designed either for High/Low beam except the H3 which is mostly used for auxilary fog and spot lamps.

Which H7 projector u got? U can still use it provided, u need to have one aux lamp for H/L beam depending on the lens u got. WHat was the price?
If its a high beam lens too, u can use it as low beam after some mods but from my experience,a normal sealed beam is better for high beams, if its a low beam, no mods required and on which bike u want to install?

There r projectors with dual beam, but mostly are dedicated ones and usually Low beams. As high beam from a dual beam projectors are not that impressive. Check for the beam spreads I've posted from my bixen (Dual Beam) projector.

Only OEM projectors are available here which is very costly. But u can get aftermarket projectors like the one I've installed, comes in pairs, costing around 10-14K range.

Guys, here's my latest re positioned beam spreads.

Low Beam, see the light is clearly cuts just below the neck @ 40mts distance.
