    Sajit Bro,

I have a 2007 stock Pulsar 200. By stock I mean..... absolutely no mods at all in all these two years of ownership. The bike has clocked 16k till now
So, in that parlance if I want to go for the Projector Head Lamp mod, then what specific electrical mods would be needed!! I'm thinking once I bring the electricals of the bike upto speed and then I can go for the final kill... The Projectors

Please do let me know the details, because in Delhi-Gurgaon regions it's a daunting task to get hold of good mechanics who really know to about skillfull experiment.
Twist your wrist and feel the shift!!

Csajal, for using a halo projector or to use a higher watt halo u need only the coil rewinding job, for putting an HID, u need to change the electricals to DC, which is discussed in very detail in respective threads. Its wotth to refer those for better understanding the procedures. Once u changed to DC, u can jump for the final mod. Hope u got the idea, if not feel free to come forward, Goodluck

        Here's some night shots

Hi, as promised am posting some night shots of AE's and beam spreads.

Here's the Angel Eyes light ups

And now the low Beam spread

        High Beam

Note that beam is too low to hit even the number plates. I need to re align the beam heights

As its too low, I've to drive with the high beam to see more distance but nobody complained about the beam throw.

Thanks for the pics! Just for comparison with 100/90W bulb with Amby reflectors.

Compared to mine, projectors definitely give wider and better low beams.

But in case of high beam, normal reflectors provide better throw.

                Two things -

                1) What are you doing alone on such dark corners naughty boy.... go back home!!

                2) Jokes apart, but with such a throw at high beam.... don't you think reflectors would be producing a glare for the opposite traffic? I mean the whole idea of Projectors is to have the best throw possible minus the glare factor!! What say??

^ Actually that is near my home! Road under construction, you see! High beam does produce a glare, that is why I switch to low beam when there is traffic from the opposite side. Low beam does not produce any glare though.

Abhi, ++ and HJigh beams are supposed to make glares for the the vibility and better noticability to the on coming traffic too..

Am spoiled with these halo high beam spreads, it can only offer this much of beam spread and throw, even my projectors wont give 50% of this view as its too focussed to a particlular area. But considering that normal drive beam is low so projector low is more advicable.

Here's some snaps of my old H4 HID on reflectors and see the beam spreads and the glares too.

See the cool blue light cannyon on sight but roads are milky white

                    Here's the low beam

And this the high beam (floodlight mode)

See the glares it makes on low beam, may be Pulsar dome is not good for HID

See the glarez on High beam and glares seems reduced on HIgh

                      Abhijeet

I was just comparing in my mind my 90/100W Philips Rally vision with Autopol Gypsy reflector with your's

Low beam seems to be Equal but your high beam is much better than mine dont know how it is ??

I know you are running on DC & I am on AC but still I dont get that much effect even when I am at high RPM's such as more than 5k RPM.

@ sajjt - your low beam is kick ass man.. bit high beam is not so good.. & also as you said you will have adjust your beam position it is too low

havent heard 3K, starts from 4.3K as its close to halo, stick to 5/6K

Maybe you can adjust it a bit high. But, that may increase low beam glare.

                            Yeah! High beam looks better!

And, projectors gave even better low beam.

@abhilashabhi12 - Check h/l alignment. It is important. And another thing, I am using Osram 100/90 bulb. Costs 80 bucks. Maybe, thats why. But, the pic you see is exactly as it appears on road.
