  • 4-stroke Performance - Tuned Free-Flow Exhaust

Its been over half a decade since I started my big-bore project on my Fiero and things have come a long way. As part of constant development and testing, performance and reliability standards have seen a new dimension. From my 200cc Fiero that clocked 144kph 3 yrs ago on the speedgun to my Street-spec R15 which last clocked 156kph in less than 1km is enough testimony of the entire journey in the last 5 yrs. Both being street builds and the latter being lower on cubic capacity.
"Racing makes the Breed Better!" is my belief and have invested time, money and efforts over the years to prove this theory though race developments.
Putting-in stripped-down race tune into a street machine is what makes a perfect recipe for some serious fun. Proof enough is my Drag 165cc Fiero/RTR which has officially(140kph) clocked the fastest exit speed of a single cylinder 4-stroke in 400mtrs (145kph - unofficially) in the country and having won all the drag races in 2009. All through this development, extensive testing and home grown concepts meant that the RTR's 2-valve engine was taken to next levels of performance.
Another example is my Karizma which has set new standards in its class of racing. Multiple winner in Hill climb races and at the Drag meets.
All this development has transformed into setting new standards in performance tuning for street which is why I now ride my daily ride R15 which clocks 0-100kph in less than 8.5 secs, in full street trim with zero weight off.
Serving a community filled with enthusiasts is a great deed and after overwhelming requests to offer performance packages, I have finally made my first move .
We will fabricate custom Tuned FreeFlow Exhausts based on the consumer's performance requirement.
Exhausts as straight swap to stock engines will also be fabricated.
Performance gains will vary from engine to engine and the best state of tune will deliver the maximum results.

*Custom Tuned Free Flow Exhaust for modified engines (racing/street - based on cam profile, mods, requirement)
*Stock Replacement Exhaust for stock engines.

    Bikes
Yamaha YZF-R15, Yamaha FZ-16/Fazer, TVS Apache RTR 160/180, Bajaj Pulsar 220 FI/carb, HH Karizma.
These bikes have been tested and performance gains have been recorded.
All enquiry may be sent to - [email protected]

More custom performance accessories will be available at a later phase . More specifically for the R15 and RTR 160/180.

Thanks to all those who have supported and helped me reach this far.

    Cheers,

    Joel
