              That's awesome bro!!

It would be really very helpfull if you could post some pics and videos of the free flow Exhaust in action so that we can make that last final dicision for the Exhaust..... becuase going by your description it's a must have and since it's comming from the likes of you... there's no second thought for any performance enthusiast....

But if we could see some pics and video just to get an idea of how it looks and sounds in action.... that would be really really helpfull!!

lol, jokes apart, this is seriously good stuff Joel man! and I can swear by many faces of the surprised people\posers eating my RTR '160' smoke!

Good to see all that hardwork finally being made available to the masses and ofcourse it paying off financially as well!

                        Thanks for the replies.

Yes, will post pictures of the exhaust in about 2 days. I'm building the prototype canister on my R15 and will also try to load a video clip.

@prabhakar - Great to hear the P220 clocked 151kph with the exhaust. Thats some news. I remember the race at Hyd when you beat a comet 250 for the first 100m odd mtrs. A well designed pipe can do a lot to an engine

@satyen - Yes man, the posers will have a hard time now. lol

Yes, the P200 will benefit the same way as the p220 and it can be produced.

The details of the exhaust will be explained over a mail.

Just a thought, Yamaha sells their exhaust for 17.4k with power gains of under 1bhp till 9000rpm. Most of the aftermarket stuffs are again around the 10k ball-park and there is nothing that is performance oriented about it. The Two Brothers pipe costs 20k with again gains quite funny.
Most performance stuffs sold in the aftermarket are more garnished than the real deal it can offer. In most cases striking the balance of aesthetics and no-compromise on performance is very hard to achieve. The effort here is to strike the balance.

                            Congrats Joel.
I always had this intuiton that you wud come up with something rece-performance derived.
Expect to hear from me pretty soon. There are a few issues with my ZMA after which I will contact you..
My ZMa is badly in need of another can and probably a new Carb as well.

                              The Snaps of the Exhaust

The Snaps of the Exhaust in Black finish on a P220.
The Timing in the DQMD is 17.3sec for the Quarter mile.
This was when the Bike was not properly tuned - read very lean.
Now it is Running fine when it did the 151.8 on GPS.
