That's his Race bike. You really expect him to give you details , I don't.

I will give you the details. See for a race bike you have to have a K&N filter. For changing the air to fuel ratio, you have to 'upset' (read upset) the carb. And icing on the cake, one exhaust from JC road which has a HRC sticker on it (the sticker is very important, mind you). Ofcourse, Joel doesnt know about these performance upgrades. If he knew, his karizma would have been a Indian open winner.Wait a minute, did I mention the batman number plate?

            • Well the Karizma engine has now been discarded from my stable as I have given away the whole setup. The whole discussion is pointless now.

                • hey joel, i have a 06 ZMA, and i want to increase its performance a bit more.
currently my bike is on its first bore, and i have done a few performance mods in the engine but dont know much about what has been done as my mechanic wanted it to be a secret, he said that he had increased the RPM of the bike, and also have installed a custom direct exhaust silence. I didnt believe my mechanic untill i rode my bike .
And once i got my bike, i wanted to check it out that if the performance has really increased, and compared my bike to a stock ZMA of my best frnd, and whoa god i was amazed,my bike just was way too ahead , and by the i had applied my 4th gear my bike was at around 110kph.
My bike is still running on stock filter, jets and sprocket.
i just wanted to ask you that what more can i do to achieve the speads more than 140kph, coz currently my bike just goes to 125kph at max,
I would really appreciate if you could explain and tell me what more i can do to make my bike achieve speeds more than 140kph.
plz am really waiting a detailed comment on this and also help me in getting even better performance from my bike.
                  Really awaiting you reply

                      • What are the effects of removing the catalytic converter? What effect will it have on engine and performance?
                        thanks in advance.

                            • @sohaibak - Please avoid OTs on this thread. Send me a mail if you would like to discuss.

@satyen - I sold the karizma coz I have done everything and I have enough data to develop my custom parts. I primarily wanna focus more on my R15 and RTR developments for circuit and drag racing respectively. I have lots of plans with my RTR drag engine and I dont want to dilute my attention with anything else.
Yes, and a cage is my next target. The same history will be repeated with my cage. Cage tuning is a lot in india, but I wanna leave my own mark .

@chicane - I wonder why all are mum about the review part
