          Another pathetic Advt. from Dhak Dhak...

          I just saw the horrible and pathetic advt. for the new HH CBZ Extreme...no creativity as usual...The censor board needs to block unimaginative advts. like these ...they destroy the creativity

          The plot is like this...
          A new CBZ Xtreme is waitin a million floors down in open space surrounded by two women when this so called rider hero attaches a harness and jumps down and lands on the bike...very properly...(dont know what all nuts he mite have broken in the landing process) he then rides off the CBZ and does a wheelie and hangs on to the tail of the bike ...then with a stoppie, rolls in the other direction and then....wait for it....jumps of a cliff...does a 360 and lands on the other side of the cliff ........ ohhh man...

                  Stupid HH ads!

                  It is a well-known fact that HH's ad agency and its ads are stupid and crazy. No point discussing about it in a seperate thread for each ad. IMO the mods better block this kind of threads henceforth!

                    I know its an OT, but still cant resist posting it here after reading that honda pulling off from F1.


                    With current market situation....And when yamaha, honda, and suzuki are on a song in indian two wheeler market ... How long will hero honda, TVS and especially bajaj exist ??

                    Read bajaj already closed one of its manufacturing plant. I dont remember the place.

                      come on man...thats my FAVOURITE ad! I love the ad so much so that I stop all work and watch it alone, the creativity the cinematography the concept is worth a million laughs and its good to see a video zonkers show on air for 30 seconds.

                      kudos to these guys @ HH ad dept. pretty nice publicity.

                        Yamaha and Honda may be on a song, but Suzuki ??!!! Cant say.... Though I think TVS, BAJAJ etc will get out of this situation. Their sales might plummet to staggering lows, but still they might reduce production, shut-down factory for 3-days a week and so on, but not totally shut-down.

                        In such a scenario, I cant help but pity and increase my respect for Mr. Ratan Tata. This year has seen too many losses for him(singur, delay of NANO, TAJ hotels and so on)

                        Read about the same in Formula1.com yesterday. What a pathetic and sorry end for such a reputed manufacturer who has achieved so much as an engine supplier and a works company.

                          The ads nicknamed Balls of steel :P , i guess it was co ordinated by one of our very own xBHP member!

                          BTW... I just finished an assignment on the marketing strategy of Bajaj, and how they can do good in the long run.... it is not too difficult for bajaj to survive in this market... at worst they can gobble up a few players :P

                            Sorry,any news about new ZMA being tested...its December and as promised by one of the members(Saty-I think) on this thread.We should get a lead on the ZMA by now to make the thread more interesting,other than TV commercials.....................

                            Lets enjoy our Christmas with some real good Hero Honda bike rather than its "Castle in the Air" commercials.

                              Now a days..atleast from past 1 month i cant see a pulsar or an RTR , splendors, passions with T/R number plates... Sales gone down ??


                              And hero honda would never change... Same old techinique.. Change graphics.. add [a-z]* next to any of their bike names and release it into market.

                              And now bajaj agressively went and bought stake in KTM. Good enough for us, not for them... Anyone observed.. ICICI outrightly stopped two wheeler loans and many other banks on the same way.

                              The downpayment for a bike has gone upto 40% from as low as 8%...

                              I feel like TVS and bajaj... Its a pretty hard time for them to pull out of this situation. If the same market continues for another 2 years... Then they are gone....They will be remembered as history.

                                This is not-only for these two-wheeler manufacturers mate. I read sometime back that Rolls-Royce is planning to shed 1000 of its employees. When a car-maker which sells for 1-2 cr a piece and makes aircraft engines for the A380 is feeling the pinch, u cant say BAJAJ/TVS are not. But BAJAJ I guess have a higher hand as they have their own finance schemes for their bikes. But even then I think, these names becoming history is a bit far-fetched.

                                Anyways all this is total OT in a thread meant for CBZ-X. So lets leave this here and pray, hope that the world economy improves before further damage is done!!
