Kindly help me with the documentation. I still have some queries :
    1. Witness forms, Receipts, Map and Log : is it sufficient?
    2. Do i have to make pdf file for all the documents to be put together?

    Regards,

      @#Sonu#

      Yes. That is sufficient.
Scanned copies of the same is good enough.
I believe you should get a response from them confirming the receipt of the documents.
You need to be behind them to get the status. Otherwise, you will be in dark for quite sometime before they pop a pleasant surprise up.

            Hi Akash,

            Congratulations on successfully completing SS1000.

            1. You have to submit Witness forms, Fuel Receipts, Map and Logs.
            2. Please note that your starting, turning and ending points' fuel receipts must be electronic fuel receipts with date and time punch, if possible your vehicle number punched as well
            3. You need to submit only photocopies of your documents. Keep original with you.
            4. You can submit documents either by post or by email
            5. IBA do not accept registered or speed posts. They accept ordinary posts. This will take too long for your certification to be processed.
            6. You can submit scanned copies of documents to
[email protected] and this is faster, way faster.
            7. Normally IBA certification process takes anywhere between a month to 3 months. We have instances of up to 6 months too. Mine happened in two months.
            8. Once your ride is certified, IBA will email you the details about payments and your reward.
            9. Make the payment using Paypal. Easy and fast.
            10. Once payment is done, within 10 days you will get your certificate and within 3 months your name would be on IBA website

Route is part of Golden Quadrilateral if I am not wrong and should be conducive. I guess respective local xBHP-ians should throw more light on local conditions of the stretches.
Wish you all the best buddy. Please remember that IBA certification is not more important than yours and other's safety on the road and there is no need to push your limits to achieve this.

PS: Monsoon is not the right time/ season to attempt such rides

The road between Delhi and Jaipur is a mess for the last couple of years.. Construction going on and this sometimes causes jams and slow traffic..
do look into that.. And best of luck for the bum burner.. May Allah be with you..

                      Ride safe and have fun.

What you say is true in reality. But there are many BHPians with their hearts revving to take out those roads with rage and confidence.
People like you have already set an example in by not just achieving such feats but also posting them here with pictures and narration.
How could we expect the budding bikers to stay away mate? Not fair . We could however pray, advice, suggest and all that for people going out on such feats.

BTW, I am going through all the logs in your signature ;-)

Getting angry at somebody is the same as getting angry with a bike that just won't go. You should stop and start thinking.

It is funny to know that we've been imitated and copied so well
and surprising when we notice our mistakes are copied as well.
