First and the foremost thing, if you would have searched the RTR thread, all your questions are answered there.
As the redlining part has already been discussed so would not go into that tangent.
Coming to HID, when you dont ride at night, why do you need HID, just to show off your friends? And while doing that on road, you will blind the opposite traffic.....Am I right?
By the way just for your info, any HID above 4300K is illegal in India.
Now coming to AC/DC....if yours is the old model RTR, then you need to go for DC conversion...RR unit costs 1100 of APE, Pulsar's RR wont be able to sustain 55w HIDs, rewinding would cost another 500buck and plus wiring charges , and obviously you need to pay for HIDs too and future traffic challans.
I hope I have answered all the queries, the ball is in your court now

What you are saying is correct thanx for that..But I want to ask that what if I directly connect Hid with battery as I will be using the Hid of 35w rating only not more than that..and mine is a new model rtr but not abs...so what do u suggest..And also it is written in manual that the ac converter can support upto 100w so wont it be enough to charge the battery???

First of all be it 35w or 55w, its the temperature of HID that blinds the opposite traffic.
And secondly let me 'lol' on what's written on 100w being supported...dont go on what's written there (regarding this)

Go through this thread and I guess it will clear all the questions that are popping in your mind

                    1. Change oil to recommended grade 2. Change /clean air filter 3. Clean spark plug 4. Try switching fuel stations , i got a 10kmpl diff just by changing bunks 5. Fill tyre with recommended pressures 6. Refer to apache thread for carb tuning methods or follow my signature link...Last resort will be cleaning of carb completely

Firstly which oil u are talking about engine oil or the petrol?
And second I wanted to say that this issue is not old it is going on since the purchase of the bike never got more than 32kmpl!!! Tyre pressure is ok all the time! And yeah I will try switching to other petrol pump and please reply to above questions!!! thanx anyways

By oil i mean engine oil , carb is a messy thing to play with if you dont have proper knowledge about it . Try locating best mechanic in your city and get carb tuned by him , or you can try it by yourself . But i would suggest you post a pic of your spark plug before doing any tuning . We might be able to help in a better way then

That was engine oil grade the recommended grade is 10W30. Hope you are calculating the kmpl correctly because 32kmpl is low for RTR.
