    guys..
i am back with a new re winded coil...
believe it or not, its more than 12 feet per pole...
every pole has the same number of turns...
except the first and the last pole which has around 10 winds less, as the yellow coil was bigger in size...

the worst part of the story is that I FORGOT MY CAMERA...
so i had to take pics with my friend's cheap mobile phone as my phone's battery was also dead...

i somehow managed to click some pics in extreme low light conditions, no matter how bad the pics are, i am still posting it...

    here are the pics...

i didn't check the voltage output and also the amps as it was too late in the night when i returned home...

    now comes a new trouble...
    things are still the same..

battery dies even on the highways if headlight is on as when i was returning i had to come with lights dead...
    horn doesn't sound at all...

i think my battery (which is not getting charged again) needs to be replaced...

am too busy today as well as tomorrow to do it,
besides i need to check the coil output also, which i might by tonight if i get time...

wiring is correct i cross checked, but still tonight, with a multimeter and enough time i can decide something concrete ...

    Kismet hi kharaab hai meri

Sorry I think I overlooked Dr's comments earlier.

Can you explain me the below BOLDED part clearly (IF YOU ARE NOT USING DIODES)

Is the setup as in the below diagram without any DIODE ?? If this is the case then when you put low or high BOTH the lights has to glow. Sorry if I have missed any of your posts.

Sajit, can IN4001 can take the load of HID or will the diode conk off ?

I think the 2nd attachment should be fine with DIODE.

that's right i've connected the low beam wire to high beam..

    let me stay corrected..
there are 3 wires from headlight switch...
    1 yellow & red
    2 black
    3 yellow

yellow and red is low beam wire
    yellow is high beam wire
    and black is ground...

both the yellow & red, and yellow wires are +ve
    the black wire is negative...

what normally happens is that when you hit low beam, the ground remains constant and the yellow & red wire of low beam gets current..
similarly when you hit high beam the yellow wire of high beam gets current...
both these wires get +ve current

but in this process the low beam wire does not get current when high beam is selected..
so what i did was that I've connected the high beam wire to this low beam wire too, so that when you hit the high beam switch, current goes to both of these wires.
keeping both of these on, while if low beam is selected only low beam wire remains on...

    got it !

idea is to have bixenon hid in reflector and hid in projector as well which will have dual beam with the help of shed, like sajjits...

planning to put just as mentioned as in the picture ,one upon one.
i really want to get rid of the shitty reflector of pulsars, the highbeam is tooo wide.

idea is both will have low beam and both will have high beam, but in this reflector the high beam is one of a kind, its tooo good, remember its the reflector that was useed in dcm toyota trucks, eicher trucks and also in contessa classic,so throw and beammming is really good.
