Hi all, I am searching for a sprocket hub for my SS125. Unable to find one that fits our bike. I would very much appreciate if any body could point me where I can find one (Chennai/ Vellore/ Kanchipuram/Online).

My bike is 2012 SS125 (Red), done over 112,000kms. No other bike in the market is appealing to me for my needs and comfort. Until I find one that fits my requirements, I am going to stick with this bike only.

Have asked multiple dealers, but none has stock and none is willing to commit on ordering ahead. Bought two from two different retail shops, but both were incompatible. Online platforms all use a generic image and listing. I am unsure if I go ahead with such options. I am still not confident enough to place orders online for auto parts.

    Any help is kindly welcome.

    Thanks and regards.

I am facing the same problem. My bike is also unable to stay at idle rpm, it just dies. I have also tried changing my ignition coil, but it didn't solve the purpose. Can someone suggest any solution or possible cause?

Completed 8 long years on my SS125 yesterday! How time flies by!
Must say I am very happy with the performance, smoothness and comfort level of my SS125. One of the most underrated bikes. If only Yamaha brings in a 250CC version! Even a 150cc will do.

    Re: Yamaha Gladiator(All)

    Hi All,

Glad to see the thread is still alive.

I am using Gladiator since 2008. From last 2 years i am facing charging issue on this bike.

    1. Recently i had changed the Battery and RR. For initial few days battery charge was good but from last few days looks like it is not getting charged.
The charging current around 12.5 to 13 V when idling and around 13.4 when accelerated. Can any one suggest what might be the issue?
My Daily run is around 10 KM sometimes 12 but not more than that.

2.Can we install after market Speedometer like this in Gladiator. What functionality we can use if we will be able to use this.
I had asked one of the local mechanic and he said it will be useless as even back light will not work for this.

    Thanks!

washers are very important and their order of fitment, when closing the screw, never tighten it fully, just hand tight

search safexbikes.com for the pilot fuel screw,or order one from your local spares store/ order carb repair kit,it comes from a company called natco, and you'll be done,if u try too hard on the pilot screw,it can break,it has a fine pointed tip

Hi guys, new to this forum. I own a Gladiator RS 2008 model. My carburetor air screw is stuck. Tried WD40 several times, but all in vain. Can anyone suggest me any solution? Also is the air screw available online on any site?
