    Well put . I'm just happy to be able to commute despite the missing fairing and the bent radiator. Only glitch is the broken mudguard that splashes mud past the headlight upto the visor.

    Been stopped twice by Police for routine checks but thankfully they thought that is how the bike looks originally. One of the senior guys even commented, "what kind of designs do these 2-wheeler companies come out with, nowadays!!"

      HI everyone...

      I wanna book the CBR250R. I am from mangalore.
      How much should I pay for booking.. and how much will the onroad cost of the bike be?

      Any mloreans owning this bike.. care to share ur experiences with the Honda showroom ppl?

        5K for booking; but, don't you feel if you approach the showroom, they'll give you the precise figures?

        IIRC, there's someone from MLore who've shared their feedback; just search the thread, until the guy pops out.

          We hyderabadis had an official CBR250R club lunch today. This was an official lunch by honda. Honda is also giving club cards and is also organizing more events in the coming days.
          M800 - 2001 - 5787.
          Nano 2011 - 5086.
          Figo 2011 - 518.
          P220 - 2010 - 5995.

              I got a call from the showroom too, there's a get together this saturday for all CBR owners in Bangalore. If you are a Bangalore cbr owner and haven't yet received your invitation, call up the showroom who delivered you the bike and ask about it.

              It's 10am to 6pm!
              No idea what they plan to do there, but when I asked the lady who called me, she said it's just a lunch and some fun events. Now, what the "fun" means, I've no idea, but I hope it's somethin to do with our bikes.

              Will keep you guys informed. Will try to upload some pics if take any.

              Hope they give us some updates on parts, accessories, ECU upgrades and such.

              I'm planning to ask when we can expect:

              Center stand
              Bike parts like dark wind shields
              Regular supply of engine oil/ viscous filter etc.
              Tank/Tail/Saddle bags(Branded by Honda)
              Bike covers
              Services for custom paint jobs of the bikes

              Anything else you guys want me to ask them about?

                            My CBR 250R experience

                            Got my CBR 250R about a month back. Have done 1042 kms now. 1st servicing over.

                            I'm planning to replace the exhaust with either a Yoshimura or an Akrapovic. I stay in Bangalore. I would be glad if anyone can recommend me a good dealer here in Bangalore.

                              I too got a call from some Honda representative. Now I'm in a dilemma. I'd already planned a trip to Yelagiri and back on the same Saturday with some friends of mine. Honda should offer something really attractive if I've to cancel the trip. The Honda guy wasn't able to tell me much about the detail of the programme. As of now I'm going for the trip instead.

                                Don't worry bro. Being on the road is any day more important. If had planned a trip, I wouldn't ve missed it, whatever they offered.
