          • Completely black CBR.

Saw a completely black CBR among the crowd! Looked pretty neat and gave a very serious look to the bike. All the silver sections in the bike were (Apparently) painted black by the company itself on request by the customer. This was told to me by an HMSI official who was himself drooling over the bike and appreciating it..

Will post the picture up soon as am home from office.

If someone else also clicked it please share...

Well, I had spoken to the owner of that CBR. He said he had asked the 'Dealers' to paint it black and then deliver the bike to him. Initially the dealers were apprehensive about doing it, but finally they did it. He was charged 4.5k for painting all those silver parts and rims to black color. The all black CBR looked stunning.

Thanks for the clarification Sudeep. So it was the dealer who helped him with it huh?
And I agree, it looked stunning, makes it look like a bigger bike altogether!! I would have definitely done the same if mine was black, won't mind shelling out another 4.5K

Yes they do up on request but its not done at the factory the showroom guys do it .

Before picking up the my bike I had asked if they paint just the rear alloy to black . They said it can be done at an extra cost . Later i decide not to go with it.
