Aftermarket exhaust brands available are Two Brothers Racing,Leo Vince,Scorpion & IXIL exhaust. Yoshimura & Akrapovic aren't available for Hyosung brand. For lights improvement switch to HID.Originally posted by smoke007 View PostHi,
Just recently bought a Pre-owned GT 650R, Need some help from you guyz.
The Bike is completely Stock so;
I want to add a custom exhaust - which one is better?
The light at night is very poor - can anyone suggest some improvements with that?
Any Good Economical Person for Regular service and Maintenance apart from the hyosung workshop? My location is New Delhi

The xenon HID bulbs are of OLLO brand that come with 10mths warranty, the xenon bulbs are of 35W. The projectors & lens are stock. The light output is fantastic, especially if you night riding on the highways were there's total darkness.Originally posted by princesirohi View Post.....
Good thing is somebody has done this hid thing... So less worries for me...atleast i can upgrade to hid's and get good light output.
Melroyal these are 35w or 55w...??? ?
And HID is ok but it appears like angel eyes... Did u changed the lens also... Have u done any other mod also apart from ploking in HID..??

How did i miss this post man, i was looking for the GT headlight beam pics all over the net. Even asked u....Originally posted by melroyal View PostHello all GTR owners.Just recently got HID lights 6000K and angel eyes installed. The lights dramatically improves night riding
What i observed from these pics and other pics available on net is that... Beam pattern is not good and low beam cut-off is also not sharp...in fact the high beam pattern looks quite funny.

Hi,
The first owner didnot followed the service manual so the bike is out of warranty brackets. Also suggest me on the other points i.e. headlight enhancements..

Are you done with the warranty period ?
As this is one of the higher cc bikes I would recommend you to be with the SVC only. If there are incompetent SVC arounf you then please visit other one rather than going for any local mech.
Else there can be more complication with it.

Thanks Nagoo,Originally posted by nagoo View Postas said by crusoe the 650 has lot of problems which are minor , but will force you to visit showroom every weekend, and surely its not the thing which you want.
wait at least for 3-4 months , you might get very good options , like Honda 400cc triplets or who knows 500cc triplets and also couple of other options possibly in 650 segment by the end of the year
I will keep this in mind as one doesnot want to keep running to the service centre every week

Hi Crusoe,
Thanks for your comments, I am 5'7.. I have seen Ninja 650 but looks don't excite me and the engine sound is. Just not what you expect from a 650 CC bike.. So Ninja is out of I don't mind waiting for Honda to launch their 400/500 cc bikes but as per information available its unlikely that launching will be anytime soon..I do agree that Honda will not have the bike bulky bike. Feel which I think at entry segment only GT650R is offering..

im facing some isssue with showroom.
i feel that they [satya-mitra-motors] collected 10k extra for my bike and after making almost 29 calls and physically visiting showroom more than 5 times , still they are not able to give me all the bills like vehicle reg recept/challan which matches the total amount i paid, now question is what should i do ?
