@kr1sh & @hss Could you guys be a lil more subtle. This is an ownership thread not a comparo thread to post all the useless thoughts without any experience.
@hss I sincerely request you to read your post again and tell me what's its purpose here.

MODS: BIG OT's are going to start here now unless if you prevent this thread which will be a worst case scenario than the Honda CBR250R thread. As everyone knows the GT250R ownership thread is unlike any others because of obvious reasons. So I kindly request to clean this thread(including my post) and close this thread until someone gets the GT250R in hand.

        Guys,

Comparing a bike with its competition, that too in its ownership thread, might make it a useful post I agree, but we should avoid talking only about the other bikes' positive points.

There are better deals, and there are worse deals. Its a part of the automobile market and we all know it. Thanks, and kindly continue with the GT 250R's opinions...

BTW I really like the riding stance and size of the GT. These 2 things are definitely the real deal, if not anything else...

            Pics pics pics

            Guys/ fellow riders,

We have a weekend coming. Can anyone run down to DSK-Hyosung showroom and get some real world pics for us unfortuantes who can't see the bike in flesh? Someone already quoted that the bike is not available in Hyderabad, even to stare.

            All,

We can fight and do comparo after a GT250R has gone through its tyre run-in. Save it for later guys.
Right now, I am just waiting for pics and exhaust sound and a walk around to drool over my shirt and make my face like .
            Regards,
            Akash Yadav

Thank you very much and i took it for a small spin and it felt awesome. The engine was smooth but dint get much to ride, from the weight it felt quite nice and sturdy but couldnt blast the road.

Thank you all for the updates and i had a talk with the sales person over at DSK and she told me to come on 25th June 2012 to check out the bike when it has landed in Pune. When i go there, i will take out some photos is possible and will upload them on the site.

Also i have selected the Red Raven color combo, this is a mixture of black and red. Also got the delivery date which would be around 4th July. Lets keep fingers crossed and to be honest with you guys, i have ridden the GT 650R and this bike feels the same. But time will tell as to how the bike performs.

I will keep this thread updated with all the news and information i get and pics as well and also the day i pick up the bike and bring it home.

@amitabhdoc; Firstly Congrats on your new Machine. I am very impressed by the design of the bike. Also the reviews that i read suggested it being more practical than GT650R. However, not being liquid cooled, i am worried about the heat generated by the V-Twin engine during the city ride. Would be following your reviews about the handling and other riding comfort. Happy waiting for the bike.

Secondly, when you are commenting on more than one replies, plaes use multi-quote option(which is the +button at the extreme bottom right hand side of the quote.

Let's see if a closer look and touch of the bike can convince me to splash out the money.

Yes, GT250R has arrived in Thane (MH) Hyosung showroom. I test rode it yesterday.
Price of GT250R in Thane is 3.19L which is 15K less than N250R.
