Price of GT250R in Thane is 3.19L which is 15K less than N250R.

Tempting position of handlebars, something I would miss on my N250R
not only this, but the projectors, adjustable levers and footpegs, the v-twin grunt - I would miss all of that
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Hi Sachin, were you able to touch your feet to the ground comfortably?

Hey, I only rode it for around 5 kms and I wont be able to give a fair ride experience as others have given.

However few things I noticed where, while taking a U-Turn before the handle is completely turned towards one side my elbow touches the tank restricting my movement to turn the bike. Second time when I rode and did a U turn, I raised by elbows to ensure it does not touch the tank.

Plastic quality, fit and finish could be better and the bike given to us was used by many other forums for testing so gear shifting was a problem in the bike i Rode. Very hard shifts indeed.

The bike's riding position is the most extreme riding position and it is a big no no for me at least for riding in city due to the ergonomics set up and lean angle. I believe short rides and highways are the places where this bike can be used better. Brakes were not the best in class but manageable, baby ninja's brakes are better.

Exhaust note is good and acceleration of the bike is easily noticeable.
I did 120 kmph on 4th Gear and the bike was moving forward really well before I got stuck in traffic. You can only feel the weight of the bike while taking U turn, sharp turns and when the bike is in traffic.

Yes, I m 6 feet tall so touch the ground was easy for me. Few others I saw test riding were short fellows who were on their toes when the bike is stationary. Don't get me wrong the seat height has been kept low to ensure you touch the ground but if you are really short then you might be on your toes.

Some more pics for you guys,

The bike has arrived in Hyderabad showroom&I checked it out today.
I was blown off by the size&big bike feel-there is virtually NO perceptible difference visually between the 250&650, with the twin discs, projectors, USD forks etc.
I was a bit disappointed by the lack of liquid cooling but to my surprise, the oil cooler unit was as big as my R15's radiator!
I saw the bike in the white&red combo with the Comet R stickers. Paint&overall fit&finish looked pretty good, contrary to what the reviews said. Whether it will hold up with time is left to be seen.
Now all are saying the 250 has more refined gearshifts, almost nil vibrations&all, I'll reserve my comments till I get a test ride!

Visited Bangalore showroom today along with couple of Xbhp and BB riders.
as sarvajit said.. its BIG bike and pics don't do justice at all.
paint quality, build and fairing plastics are excellent, all i say its much better than my R15, the only downside i found is small gap in fairing [only noticeable from close inspection else looks good ].
still no test drives ,.. overall quality is excellent .. its total contrary to the reviews done online. [all of us (xbhp/BB) have same opinion after checking the bike]
took a 650R test ride instead to get the feel of the bike .. super comfort for long rides [im more inclined toward race stance after buying R15], no notice of weight , only problem is U-Trun which is bit long.

will be taking test ride of GT250R in next 2 week , will report it.

one advice to the ppl, just check the bike in flesh, it will blow u away
