Going by the part number in your bill (the last item oil seal), it does seem to exist.
a google of the part number shows its from bajaj spares.
It's probably an oil seal from the clutch side.. (100% positive it is not from the oil filter housing, which is the first item O ring that costs 5rs.)
It's always better to hang around during services.. especially ones such as this which is not a routine service but to fix specific issues.
Your best bet is to go and ask them about it.

OK so I took my bike out to run an errand. It was raining at that that time. I was riding with a pillion. After 6 or so kms steam/smoke started coming out from the fairing and handlebar area. The bike was 5 bars hot according to the instrument console. It happened whenever I stopped at signals, it gradually decreased after 4 kms or so. What I suspect : water collected on helmet and tank started dripping between the gaps of the handlebar and tank and fell on a hot surface. I have driven in stronger rains before but it never happened. Have other KTM RC bikes faced such an issue before.

Yeah you're correct, happens to me too after I wash the bike sometimes. Nothing to worry

            Hi guys,

            I recently bought the RC200.
I would be grateful if I could get suggegstions as to how I should be maintaining the body paint (colour, reducing scratches, etc)
Since its matte finish, i was not sure if polishing it (with wax or other polishes) would be a good idea.
            Please share your suggestions.

A car dashed into my rc200 yesterday and sped off, now my tail light and the underseat part have shattered. Anyone knows how much would it cost ?

Luckily it won't stretch to that amount. Got the underseat cowl for around Rs.600, the taillight is yet to arrive, should not cost more than Rs.700 IMO.

wow.. yes.. yesterday I did replace my coneset - just 315 bucks!!! + labour, but the life of the bearings are just 10K KMs..

then replaced my parking lights - 1200 bucks.. so the tail lights shouldn't cost beyond 1500 - max

is this the second time you replaced the cone-set ?
i am still on the stock cone-set at 24k km on the odo. i have seen a couple of ktm's having their cone-set replaced, and they don't seem to be having enough grease packed in to them from factory. hope your mech packed in some decent amount of grease around the race and ball bearings.

I have done close to 18K. What are the signs I should look for?

                              Hi Guys,

i have planned to change indicators on my RC200 to hazard light by keeping switch, i checked in few shops and they said as it ll cost around ~500rs. is it good to put on RC and how will be the looks as RC front indicator is with mirror handle.
And also how will be the battery if i put hazard lights as i have 2016 model my bike in DRL if i modeify indicator will my battery drain quick?

                              Please suggest
Riding a bike is like an art, something you do because feel something inside.

Why do all that when you can pick up a plug n play switch online?

Check ebay for the hazard adapter. If i remember, spiraltech and dothediy sell them.
