so i went there on saturday..afternoon we guys worked on the remap for at least 8 hours to precisely get what i want... the rev limited jumps to 12000-12500 every gear 150+ top speed depeneding on how much you extract every gear ...also the bike looses it's pogo like natur in initial gears and has become way smoother....
power delivery has become linear /smooth love it.
i have got the desired remap ready ...but imlooking for a custom exhaust first because tuning your ecu to a free flow yields in even better results...

----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

so i saw this exhaust lying around in dewan motors after enquiring some ****er as left it there (fools i tell you) tried buying it off ...but no deal so i need help from you guys the pipe is made of flexible material couldnt figure out havent ever seen it i know its purpose though it allows a cooler temp ...for the system also is easier to install i guess .
plese some one give me details where how i can get this made i know ther are lot of technical when making a fullsystem but leave that to me i will do my research before i go for it my question is where and how do procure these materials (muffler and pipe)

also
What is the opening point of the exhaust valve ....on duke 200 engine

I have never seen or heard anything flexible on exhaust. Do know the name or got any clue on that? BTW, your ECU remap sounds exciting. Have done any trials with that setup? How better it is, any chance of power wheelies? Thanks for sharing bro!

The sticker was done at Kolar Gold Fields, I have been there on a ride, a beautiful ride. There this guy was very famous and everything was his creativity. I told him to do a complete wrap, but he said he will do something better and I was impressed with the results.

I face this squeak sound during hard front braking. No sounds during regular braking.

joe yeah I did like 3 trials before deciding on the setup .. Power wheelies definately possible they can remap the ecu to your needs so assuming you are going to ask for a stronger lower end ...with the right sprocketing ....why not definately possible but to go for power wheelie kind of setup be ready to sacrifice top end...
Itzli thanks a ton man one last thing I need the exhaust valve specs like diameter ....opening angle etc if anyone could provides with that

siddharth the brake squeek is essentially a dirty pad (my understanding) clean it with bike wash and disk cleaner should be fine ....you know periodic maintenance. Is a must...

I did 6200KMs, the first batch from November, even I got that sound, happens only at slow speeds.. doesn't happen at high speeds & only during the first few kms of stop-and-go traffic, once it's done a few kms, it's sweet again.. no sound.. no idea what's happening, but breaks work, and that's all that matters to me now..

I haven't changed my engine oil since the last 5200 kms, I'm wondering what do I do, anyone got any idea about how long will a semi-synthetic & a fully-synthetic engine oils last??

live long.. live happy.. that's the best revenge that can be served to the people who hate you..

I am very sorry, I couldn't get back to you when needed. If you are still interested, here is google co-ordinates to the exact location:12.959085, 78.274134. My phone was dead and thanks to the storm, no electricity from yesterday evening. A beautiful route with awesome roads, watch out for dead and alive dogs and the regular idiots!
