Well the suspension settings are really personal. You might wanna do a track day to know what suits you better. You can start by going through some online tips on how to go around a track. Like the lines, feeling from the bike, body position. And track days really tack a toll on your body, so I would consider being in top shape to enjoy them the most.
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Yeah im pretty well versed with cornering body positioning tucking in rev matching while downshifting ,various entry and exit points through a corner.... I do go about at night practicing the same on good empty road also on sunday ....and yeah I play actively sports etc so I am fit...hehehe yeah well guess gotta arrange a leather suit before I plan a track day ...well any good twisties around Delhi worth a easy Sunday morning ride

Ah, no actually. There is nothing in the city that would give you the feel and confidence of a track. Streets are streets at the end, I would recommend not trying these on city streets as you never know what pops out and when. For a suit you can rent one from Redline Racing on your track day. They are on FB and Gurvinder ji, the owner, is a very humble guy. You can contact him through phone. You would require to have set of shoes, gloves and a helmet.
And for fitness, it would go off topic here , but if it's just playing and not working out, which sports athlete also do (and I mean every sport athlete from football, basket ball, cricket etc.) you might wanna up your game. Else you would never face any problem riding the bike fast, but you just won't be able to move around so much as you can. Just for eg. Consider taking a Z or an S turn as some say (a left and then right or right and then left without a straight) at over 100kmph. The bike can certainly take it, but are you fast enough to move from right to left that quick?
So just saying, the fitter the better

For the suspension I don't know if RCs come with fully adjustable shocks for rear or not, but I'm a front feel guy so if you like that you might wanna look for preload adjusters for front fork.

I don't own either one of them, heck I don't even own a KTM, but would just like to share view on your choice.

There is not much difference between the two as far has handling or ergonomics is concerned. At the same time, they are not exactly same either. The main difference is the power of the two which converts to performance. The ABS is a big thing though. The main reason I would take the 390 is because we can switch off the ABS as well. Otherwise, in the city the the 200 has enough under it's belly to take you to your destination safely and timely. So you can choose what suits you more.

Hell yes got my babe today. Upgraded from beast(Pulsar 220) to babe(rc 200)
Initial impressions after driving for 45KMS... oh boy she is awesome. Short gear ratios helping my ride style.

KTM RC200, by the looks of it, its a babe made with plastics i need to treat her with extreme care, trust me guys she loves to play rough. She hates to be in rpm's less than 3000. Hit a corner even at slow speeds and there you will in love with her. She gave me pain in my back, wrist, what not.. whole body started becoming numb in just 45KMS, but will get habituated to it.

                        Initial impression:
                        Pro - Cornering
Con - Aggressive riding posture.. atleast initially its difficult.

Planning to change my engine oil now, any suggestions??

When people ask for a test drive of my bike.. I am like... WTF.. Did I ask them to give me their girl friends for test drive:banghead:

                          Congrats for the bike.
The aggressive position will become natural to you, and few weeks later, bikes with upright stance will feel vague. I experienced this pain but 600 kms later its natural.
You should ideally stick to the crappy bajaj oil, as it will lose out its lubricity soon, and will be good for running in. If you want to, then flush the oil and fill the same bajaj oil again.
And i concur with the testdrive fact. Most of the times a villainous look does the job.
                          Motorcycling heals, big time...
