i saw you today on the Unitech Cyber Park Road while I was on my way to office, you were on the opposite side..going towards HUDA City Center Metro station. To be frank, the bike looks mind blowing.
I've done 200+kms. and the bike is about to come to reserve.
Seems like the mileage is around 20 for now, in city conditions. It should improve with highway usage and more kms. on the odo.
Interesting observation for those who are keen on touring:
The bike does close to 130kmph at 8K RPM.
This is 75% of peak power RPM (10700).
Which means, using it in 120-130kmph zone will be good for cruising and mileage friendly too!

This is the least priced .Arrows and two brothers are too costly. These slip ons will add only close to 0.5-1 bhp more.M4 exhaust still not available in India. The full exhaust M4,adds 3 bhp more to stock and that too without a power commander .
Has anyone put on any protective accessories like radiator guard, frame sliders, tank pad etc.?
Can we have some details please?

Yamaha has a frame slider which costs 9K but requires you to drill a hole in the fairing. Looks pretty useless. Waiting for fairing prices to come to take a call.
Weirdly, no R3s have been crashed till date. Any new bike launch I generally see one or two crashes.

Kudos to us!
Exactly my point.. 9k for the factory fitted frame sliders which is not a direct fit equipment. It's plastic as well.. Same sliders are available for 60.99$in the US
No cut is the only option. I heard the side fairing itself is around 6K.
I'm seeing some good cheap stuff on Ali Express like:
Frame sliders for 3.5K
Swingarm spools for 600
Fork sliders, front and rear axle sliders, single seat cowl and many more.
I've never had a bad experience with Ali Express, but I haven't ordered anything more than 5-600 INR yet.
BTW, I wrote to a Thailand shop who has a sweet looking carbon pattern resin tank pad for about 950 THB. Covers the tank centre, gas filler and key area.
