Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Hello friends
I have benelli TNT 25 from 2.5 years. clocked 31500 km.
overall experience is ok ok . facing some issues two times coolant leakage. stator coil failure one time.
brakes are not good. feel spongy. but when on the bike feel like big bike. above 100 km speed enjoy a ride.
it is good up to 125km/h speed . very good response above 100 speed.
i am disappointed with brakes and some quality issues.
here is some pictures . i have made some changes also
After fitting double disc at front front brake performance very good than stock single disc.
also changed brake pads. which is not OE supply.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
double disc setup is costly. It costs more than 20000/- inr. Front brake disc of benelli TNT 300 direct fit to TNT 25.Originally posted by drive_angry View PostHow dual disc setup in the front costs? Was it a direct fit or some parts were altered?
and same right side brake caliper and brake hose of TNT 300.
In surat brake disc of TNT 300 is not available so . i have altered another brake disc. later i will change it with 300's brake disc.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Hello Guys,
Rashid here from Pakistan, recently i bought TNT25, so i had been reading through this thread and i must admit that it is very informative for new owners of this beauty.
My bike's current mileage is 10500 km, and after buying it i did the regular maintenance my self, changed air filter, oil filter and oil. Rear brake fluid's color was not good so i flushed it as well.
I wanted to ask what other stuff i should change, like flush coolant, change plug, change fuel filter etc
Clutch is kind of hard, i was thinking to first lube the cable and if it doesn't solve the problem i will change the cable, may be i will go for hydraulic clutch that i imported form Aliexpress.
Here is the pic of my bike, applied body decals, fuel cap sticker, rim stickers, handle bar riser plate, crash guards are ordered from Aliexpress (not arrived yet).

I not noticed that the coling agent goes to the oil.Originally posted by Nima View Postim afraid if this situation leads to mixing oil and coolant when not noticed ?
The ring (seal) must fit one side to another. The fitting can take a lot of time. They clash together and eventually seal themselves.

Re: Benelli TNT 25 Ownership Experience
Guys any idea about 14/15 teeth front sprocket for tnt 25? Is it available from Benelli? Or is there any other bike whose front sprocket can be fitted in tnt 25?Last edited by Rashid6156; 10-02-2018, 01:30 AM.
