Personal opinion : This bike is very slow! [emoji24]
One of the reason I've only ridden 9k in 10 months.

Slow even in going from 0 to 100 or to show figures beyond 160.

Of course brother. Nowhere near KTM’s.

BS6 ready RR310 with new decals and new KTM like console spotted.

BS6 2020 Apache RR310 Spied With New Console and Paint Scheme - With competition getting stricter from the likes of Husqvarna and KTM along many others because of the price tag. Who will buy such a expensive proposition is already seen in sales figures as performance is not met and the role of the motorcycle isn't entirely defined.

TVS needs to get the pricing sorted.

        Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
        The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

        THE END

Are you asking for experience with sales?

I have been to Panvel Outlet of TVS. The Manager there was weirdly dismissive but there are good sales executives. The sales guy took me to the service area and patiently answered all queries. Good technical knowledge about the bike too. This was early last year. I do not have any experience about the Thane outlet.

                      Hi

Is there a different topic or sub forum for the 2020 model?

I am in the process of importing the bike from India to my country where TVS dealership or exclusive service centers are not available.

With regards to this, anyone know how to unlock the track and sports mode, since it will be locked until certail service is done.

                      • Starting it up after 5 months

I had to leave India for 5 months, before leaving I talked to the 310 technician at Bharath TVS - He asked me to do a full service, leave 1 or 2 bar of petrol in the tank, disconnect the battery and leave. i disconnected one wire, left the other alone after it sent me dancing with a small spark.

When I came back, i connected the wire back and a small spark told me (I was cautious this time) there is life left in the battery. Without changing the petrol I tried to start, the light dimmed to half when the engine cranked. after 4 tries the bike fired up but died immediately. Opened the tank and it smelt like varnish. So drained everything. Some low ron petrol ended in my stomach, no problems yet. Put some new petrol siphoned from my friend's bike and started it up.

I am under home quarantine, can not ride now. How long should I keep the motorcycle turned on to fully recharge the battery? any ideas? please enlighten. I have probably kept it on for a total of 20 minutes. Feels healthy. Ish.

                        Thanks.

Your battery will get charged during the 20 mins idle, and mild revving here and there. Secondly, to make sure your battery is healthy, make sure you crank the bike every day for a week with at least a 10 min idle to mild rev every minute or so. The varnish smell is normal. After a while, the fuel will start to smell, even bad if the fuel is extremely low in the tank. Nothing to worry. As long as the tank is not rusted, you're fine. Start the bike daily as suggested, and your battery will be fine.

                          Cheers!
