RTO handling charges are not legal. Ask the dealer to provide a separate invoice for the same which states as RTO Handling Charges and you can act accordingly depending his response to this request.

It's mandatory for dealers to complete the registration and deliver the bike in the ex showroom price. Only extra thing you have to pay is RTO taxes and insurance. Nothing else. Had the same issue when I bought mine. But when insisted the dealer to provide me a proper invoice for RTO Handling Charges they denied and hence I didn't pay them.

Okay so this happened just now, was coming back from office, riding after around 3kms, stopped at a signal, and that's it, the bike just refuses to start!
Pushed the bike for 3 more kms and got home.
Battery is fine, every thing from headlights, to horn, to turn indicators are working.
Tried push starting it aswell, doesn't starts,
It didn't even got heated, the temperature gauge showed one more than middle point.
        Fuel is good too.
Planning on calling the service center tommorow.
        Any ideas?

Looks as if it were the coil got burnt. Please note that TVS has been stealthily replacing the burnt coils for free. It should have been a proactive exercise, it is sadly done only when the coil gets burnt. Dealer/SVC may price you for the same, but refrain from paying a single rupee.

          Wish you a good luck

Appreciate you letting us know about this issue. So, we have a stator coil burnt out issue in the RR 310 that's going unnoticed, can you also share, if feasible, the number of bikes that you know of, or your friends' that have been plagued by this issue, and any reasoning that TVS, if so, has offered as to why this happens, apart from replacement.

            Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
            The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

            THE END

Okay so a small update on my bike's not starting problem.
The mechanics showed up at my home on Tuesday, they forgot to bring the diagnostic tool with them. So they took the bike to service center with them.
It's Thursday today, they first thought it was the ECU that was causing the problem, so they updated the ECU twice. I asked them to check the ignition coil, which turned out to be fine.
Now the problem is in the wiring of the bike.
They have told me that bike briefly started for about 30mins, and now the same problem persists. They said current isn't flowing through wires. Tommorow some engineers from TVS will be visiting the showroom as a part of regular visits, the mechanic has told me that they will raise the issue with them too.
So in all, the problem seems to be in the electricals.

It is always better to go with one that will fix with your frame at multiple points, this gives it rigidity. The single mountings one with a bracket, in event if crash they could always turn around.

                              Final update of my problem.
The wiring from the ECU which carried power to the ignition coil got loose. The svc changed the complete wiring under warranty so as this problem doesn't arises again in the future.
Took them too long to source the wiring.

Also got the slipper clutch installed, clutch feel is definitely lighter under traffic, and slip functionality works good aswell.
