What I can see in the above video that the jugaad (fork pipe cover) you have done to your forks could well do more damage to fork pipe. When dust enters the inside of cover, it will remain there and could, otherwise, led to formation of scratch lines in fork pipes.

Now I can empathize with what you have felt when they charged so much and broke the Indicator; which they must have replaced. Agree, with your point that TVS SVCs are falling short on quality of service. I wish they address your concerns.

Hi Tushar,
Sharing part 2 of this video here it will give you more idea what exactly happened, As talking about fork covers, so i have more trust on my self created fork covers than tvs fork seals, It's been more than a year those covers are on my bike, i have completed my taste of north India ride of more than 4k kms in extreme rainy condtions, without single seal broke even riding in golden sand of rajasthan, Yes you have to remove the fork cover at every month and clean, to remove dust but there was hardly any dust i can found at inner side of fork cover, as it's seat very tightly on pipes to avoid any dust to go inside.

kiran2508 No my Bike is not in warranty as mentioned in video it's more than 2.5yrs old,

TVS team is addressing the issues which i have raised in video.will update in future video.

Nice, if it works for you.... I used to ride mostly on highways, I kept it simple just by using a damp clothe on fork pipes. It worked for me.

Secondly, they bill format and layout submitted by Matrix TVS in your case is acceptable. It has basic fields, which an invoice should have. Need not get panic.

Then comes service centre quality and charges. I think unless TVS decides regulatory charges, service centres are free to charge whatever they like to. Regarding quality of service, TVS is lacking skilled advisors and mechanics. You are very right to raise these concerns and I wish this time, when their premium product sales is seeing a downward trend; they listen to their customers.

A bike shouldn't pull towards any side. A vehicle should tread straight once the hands are off the bars. Start off with too high or low tire pressure, which can cause the issue. Secondly, if you have a tight T stem, the bike will pull to either one of the side, you can get the T stem loosened which is a two minute job. You can probably get this done at your local mechanic.

Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

THE END

Tyre pressure check
T-stem check
But i think its because of weight which is more on right side because of exhaust.

Hello people.. I am looking forward to buy BS6 Apache RR310 but I have few queries which you guys might help sorting out. While I have watched/read most of the reviews over social media, there are little or no road reviews for the bike for which I am relying on you guys. I have mentioned my queries in points below:-

1. How does the bike behave in city traffic conditions and highway touring ? How good is the handling in city riding, weight management in B2B traffic and heat dissipation ?

2. At what speed it can comfortably (vibes free) cruise on the highway all day long ?

3. How comfortable is the pillion seat for touring ?

4. Which saddle bags will be suitable for touring purpose ?

Hoping to get feedback from y'all people.

Thanks

P.S. I believe xBhp HQ Delhi has bought this bike on 26th June 2020 so a detailed road review is due to be posted..[emoji12]

I have owned the bike for less than 3 months so my answers will be restricted to them
1) Handling the bike in traffic conditions is a breeze. The GTT technology comes to great use. You can nimble through traffic without much effort. The bike although heats up quick and you can feel it near the calf muscles. But it's a 310cc bike so that's normal and it cools down fast.
2) not much experience in highways to answer
this
3) It's bearable for <100 kms. I went on a ride which was for 120 kms 2 way and my pillion didn't have complaints.
4) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07RX5FJDB/..._7pnuFb4D86SB4
This is just one of many used by RR310 owners.

My question might sound funny
But does anyone know where can i get replica or something similar rr 310 exhaust
To fit on left side
So it looks double silencer
Just for looks dont intend to weld with original

Hi everyone,

I got my RR310 BS6 about 3 weeks back and have been riding daily since. Noticed a few odd things. If someone could help that would be awesome -
1. When I manually push the bike around, the front disc always grazes against the pads and I can hear it. More sound comes through if it is muddy
2. The headlights while great for city riding are completely useless for highway as the low beam has a very short throw and the high beam illuminates oncoming traffic more than the actual road
3. I dunno if this is caused due to a new engine, but I face large amounts on engine braking. E.g. I am doing about 65 in 6th gear, the moment I leave the throttle, it quickly creeps back down to GTT speed i.e. 36
4. Rear brake pedal has a quite a large amount of freeplay. So you never know if it being pressed or not.

Any fellow BS6 owners facing the same issue ? If yes, how did you resolve them.

Thanks for your help

No specific reason, i guess updated parts are always introduced in tvs motorcycles. In this case, I'm sure tvs are going to upgrade these parts foc at a certain point of time.
One of the reasons being customer feedbacks.

Emm say smoother by 25-30%?
Hi everyone,

I'm owner of BS-ancient 310, so I'll reply to just these two.

1. Front disc noise disturbs me too, It is because of dust particles which cling on to disk and pads, I use a pressurized 2l spraying bottle to clean off both of them, noise goes away.

3. I engage 6th gear at around 70. Before that the 6th gear lugs, 5th is better. Don't know though if they've done some voodoo with the BS6 version.
