I think it may require modding the mounting point of the brake caliper to accommodate the larger disc.

BTW.... Why do you want to upgrade the rear disc? If you want better stopping power, you should upgrade your front brake and not the rear one.

Guys, recently on one rainy day I stopped my RTR 180 on a long signal using engine kill switch to wait till I get green. Once signal turned green, I tried to start the bike but it didn't start. I tried to switch off/on engine kill switch multiple times with no response. Since I was in middle of traffic, I slowly moved her to road corner and tried to start manually and still it didn't help.

Finally I turned off/on the key and later bike got started with self. Did any one had such experience. What could be the root cause. ?

Get Rolon chain sprocket set. I changed it on my rtr 160 at 15000kms, even though there was still life left in the stock. Now it's 10000kms done on them, no problem whatsoever. It's available for rtr180 too.

Rolon makes o-ring type sprocket kits for Apache 160. I've seen a couple of them. You could ask in a good spare shop about the rolon kit for 180 as well.

But if I blip the throttle at over 3k rpm, it will rise to 6-7k rpm. Engine will knock at 20 kmph in 3rd gear. Today morning, the bike refused to start outright.

After the spark plug change, blipping the throttle at idle makes the rpm go to 3-4k, engine sounds crisper and no knocking at 20 kmph in 3rd gear.
Good, it got solved! Sometimes it's the simple things that make a difference!haha!

Was the cross section bent by any chance? Bosch plugs have a tendency to have that error. Happened with my Splendor's stock plug. Since then changed to NGK.
