But now there is no stopping bite at the rear, and some time wheel is not rotating properly also. while checking with TVS ASC, they are asking to change the whole brake calliper set , but the parts are not available as of now. my question is whether any body is facing this issue, if so what is the solution?

and while braking, from front some tick sound is coming, is it normal?

Why the parts aren't available ?

    How to fix this issue
Ask the SVC to get replace woth the new head under warranty.

Generally many ASC of all bike companies will be like this only they care for their known persons and just don't care others !
Only a few ASC will do their job perfectly.

Regarding to your issue ask them to replace ,Don't leave them .

Do call them often or appear by person ! They should replace it for free .

My Apache issue got solved, i changed front caliper, then rear caliper air nut, then one abs oil hose. Now brake is sharp, but I feel initial bite is not there.. may be brake by default is like that.

Your caliper pistons are jammed as it was unused for a long time. I believe there is a caliper repair kit which has all the necessary "O"rings that can revive the caliper to it's normal working condition.

But before that, try your local two-wheeler scrap yard also called as Gujili market, you might get the whole caliper assy with MC for as low as 2k or even less.

Get a skilled mechanic to do this job.

Every 3 months the oil level falls to less than half and the engine starts making noise.

Any idea how much will it cost to replace the piston & cylinder kit, valve and valve seals.?

Also if i replace all of the above, will it be worth in the long run as the bike is already covered so many kms and is more than 5 years old.
It should not be like i replace the above mentioned things and something else in the engine goes for a toss and all it becomes a money loosing issue all the time.

    Thank you.

How much oil is your bike engine using up?

I am using Shell semi-synthetic oil. I don't remember the exact name but it cost approximately 400 Rs.

Also I have not seen any leak marks under the bike anytime, but the local mechanic told me that as the engine becomes older, it starts drinking oil like anything.
I don't know if he is telling the truth or not.

I had heard somewhere that you need to change the engine head after 50000 kms to avoid this.

Please correct me if I am wrong because as soon as the oil level falls the engine becomes very hoarse and starts making noises with vibrations.

Also I am seeing oil leaks near the clutch cable and from various parts of the engine.
Is this normal as the bike has completed 50000 km or this is some grave issue?

    Thank you.
