The stock sizes are 2.75*18(front) and 100/90*18(rear),u will have to remove the chain cover,if u have any?,rest i think,it should work,cbz rims are broaderLeave a comment:

Thanks so much .i have upgraded to 80/90 mrf masseter in front ( cbz stock is 70/100) which is also recommended for all bikes which uses 90/90 section like in pulsar 220 although in 17 inch version and i think this was also the front for yamaha r15 v1 so i feel it should be enough .i dont want to mess with front more bcoz it might ruin light and agile handling of cbz.if anyone have used 90/90 than kindly share exp please.Originally posted by Tush11 View Post

I have used zapper q for 17k and it was hard compound based on my exp..even at 17k usage the grooves was still intact ..my first tyre which was zapper y was much better than q may be later they changed to hard (based on review so never used again) .

I had upgraded ,the bike could handle well in the highways,but at times when you are not aware of the roads less travelled,then it felt like someone is pulling the bike towards one side,you must also go for a broader front to compensate for the changes,better go for 110/90*18,mrf zapper q or any other make/modelLeave a comment:

Hi..anybody upgraded tyre to 120/80 *18 and how it will affect handling and cornering and any other aspect?
I know it will reduce acceleration but will be doing some engine mods so it will be fine.
Also ordered FE reteofit hella g7 d2s projector and 35w hid kit,till the time i dont convert it to dc it will run will 55w h11.thanks.Leave a comment:

Carefully disassemble the carburetor
Clean the bottom bowl.
Clean jets
Remove idle screw completely and clean the cavity
Careful when you remove the vaccum diaphragms
It has a small spring and a small steel ball
The tpfc system has a set of vaccum lines and a fuel purge system. Dont mess it up.
Be very delicate with the rubber diaphragm.
Clean all vaccum lines
Use wd 40 or any aerosol carb cleaner. But dont over use it on rubber parts.
It is hard to source them.
Perfectly assemble it back, blow and check it once
Also check the float and its pin.
