Hi there, I have restored my 2006 CBZ Star completely and have replaced every part including the complete gearbox, cylinder, head, fuel tank, panels, etc. only the chassis and carburetor are old - I'm really struggling for last 1year to find a new carburetor but no luck whatsoever - can anyone suggest a carburetor(from another bike) that's a direct fit on CBZ Star (I'm not worried on mileage)

Thanks for the update man! This will save someone.

Great! As far I know and have seen around, those are some of the really good maintained bikes in India. This motorcycle is one of a gem in its own. I too have a CBZ model 1999 its form the first lot which came to my city back then.
Thanks for sharing the contact for the parts, since I'm planning to restore my CBZ which is my dads bike but has not been used for last ~2 years and is standing in our parking lot. Once the pandemic is over I will start on the project to restore my bike.

Hey guys, Has anybody tried or know how to tune perfect carburettor for cbz extreme 2010, i don't know much about old generation stuff. I want to learn this. My initial setting was two turn anticlockwise (from tighter side i.e from leaner side), bike was having issues of stalling which happens when I give sudden acceleration to move from traffic. So, now I have set rotated around half turn anticlockwise i.e towards richer side. I tested it but on highway roads. I think Tunning is ok now. Idle Rpm is around 1100rpm now, check throttle response at standstill sounds perfect and engine rpm settles around 1100rpm. Have i tunned correctly?
note :- at have done this tunning when engine was worm.

Im facing one more issue, bike engine vibration is start to increasing at around 4500rpm and becomes very high after 5500rpm. Does i need to replace valves? Or anything else might be culprit.
