Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
I went to Kawasaki Bangalore today.. The new service center they have is at Jayanagar 7th block. I don't have the exact location, but collected phone numbers of 2 guys there. (One person was earlier working at Bajaj Katsurba road - Kawasaki engineer). If this benefits someone..

hey guys hope u all are doing good..
just ordered a LED tail light with integrated turn signals on amazon
the product is quite good i guess i paid around 1400 rupees for it with 50 rupees shipping
so basically i have a problem haha
i thought it would be more like a plug and play but the led tail light did not come with a male female socket plug

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
The ZMA brakepads aren't going to be effective and I would recommend you stick to what Kwacker SVC holds.. the bite isn't going to be as crisp as stock..Originally posted by vinbex View PostUpdate:
Took it to the ASC. They said the front brake pad is worn out and have to replaced.
Can I try the ZMA brake pads? or is Goldfren better?
Is it possible to swap the rear and front brake pads?

Its more like a 'thud', but its soft.

What kind of sound? Is it a squeak or a creak or a thud?Originally posted by vinbex View PostHello everyone,
I have a strange problem. While moving forward, there is a sound coming from the front. It is coming somewhere from the wheel or the disc because it comes in the rotation cycle. I tried looking around the wheel, but nothing was seen. Its like something is getting hit and happens only while moving forward. From the feel, it feels more like a cable or some soft part and not metal.
Any idea?

Thanks buddyOriginally posted by vkuchhal View PostA job nicely done for a good vfm . the bike looks brilliant. Just a question, how old is the bike?
2010.. I took ownership of the bike in Aug 2016.. 7 years old. Previous owner didn't take too good care of her. The bike had lost its gloss by 50%
But now she is back to perfect.. minor scratches here and there which I will take care of in a couple of months..

FOr Banaglore folks the service is still being done by the kasturba KTM Kawasaki Group, i just did a cross check with chetan from langford road. he says all spares will be available till kawasaki does not open its own service center in jayanagar . In Kasturba road check for Bhanu or Ravi.Originally posted by Mithungo View PostWent down to the Whitefield service center to see if they can order parts for me. Seems Kawasaki bikes are now not even in their system - so no chance of servicing or getting spare parts at KTM service centers.
As of now Bangalore seems to have one Kawasaki service center (Near St Joseph's College, Langford Road). Hopefully Kochi has one as well.
Will have to appear for a service soon.

He quoted 600/- and I promised him I will bring my cars to him if I am a happy customer and he reduced it to 500/-
As I promised, I took my Ertiga!!
I forgot to mention that the front visor was good for nothing with so many scratches.. I was never able to see through it.. They promised me that it will be much clear.. and as they promised, it sure was.. I am a happy customer and will take my bike for detailing once every 6 months..
