Shall try that next time.
Thanks for the help

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
Similar thing happens on my Ninja 650 and yes! Upon opening the fuel lid and closing it again, the sound goes away!! Doesnt happen all the time but happens randomly whenever it fees like doing it! Never noticed on my Ninja 250 though!Originally posted by bharatheshk View PostJust a speculation -could it be the petrol evaporation from the tank when it comes out of the evaporation hole causing the sound ? My R15 used to make the sound -not very audible until you notice it .

@BlrGuy For any spares or parts related with Kawasaki or in fact any Superbike... you can contact the undersigned company.Originally posted by BlrGuy View PostFriends, From where do you source the OEM spares such as engine oil filter, air filter for N250 these days? The Kawasaki service refuses to provides spares over the counter. Only if you take your bike to them for servicing, then they replace the spares. With the cost of the authorized service station charges being quite high, I am sure most of you do your regular service yourselves and will be struggling for spares. Appreciate if anyone can point to a genuine source from where one procure the spares.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
No. Once I turn the ignition On, the Fuel and Fi lights come ON and the self check happens. Then it goes off. havent faced any problem till date.Originally posted by Mithungo View PostI am speculating here.
A bad fuse\relay or cut wiring for FI?
Is the FI light coming on when you start the bike? Anyways I would take the bike asap to the SVC.

mithun
And this sound I am talking about has been happening ever since I got the bike - 6 years back! not always though.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
While turning on the key, the sound we hear is the Fuel Injector priming. (A 'Wee' sound for a few seconds). The same sound is coming?Originally posted by vinbex View PostHey guys,
I find a strange thing happening with the bike. Sometimes while cleaning, I notice a noise - something like the sensor which goes when you turn the ignition.
But this sound happens even without inserting the key. It doesnt happen always.
Bike is on side stand and not moving.
What could this be?
