Makes sense - speaking for myself, I personally prefer to tie my stuff at the back. Though you can't beat a tank bag when it comes to pulling out stuff pronto, the sight of the tank bag while touring bugs me no end. And yes, I face the problem of putting my leg over the seat too - I just approach the bike sideways with my legs at a 90 deg angle and then swing my leg over! But the plus side of keeping my bag on the rear seat is that I get a backrest; I normally use a 26 litre backpack(while touring) and tie it down with the base facing my back. Works wonders when I have to ride several hours non-stop!Comment

This forum might not be correct one to ask questions , But i am totally confused so only you guys can help , so decided to put my questions in this forum.
1.How is the acceleration of Ninja compared to P220 Dtsi (i Just bought it two month back).Is there a significant leap in acceleration.
2.I have reached 136km\hr on my 220 , and regularly do 110-115 ( as my office is located in gurgaon , enough free stretches to give your bike a full rip).... How is the acceleration of Ninja after 110 km\hr .Is it really fast after 110 to reach 150..
3.How is the ride feel ....I mean in terms of straight line stability , maneuverability ,riding posture( does it hurts wrists or back after riding ninja for 30-40 mins )
Finally after all three questions , would you suggest me to go for Ninja.I am plannning to Buy R1 but won't be able to buy it before 2-3 years .
I have the done my saving for NINJA to buy it it full downpayment ( without any loan ) .so should i go for ninja or wait for 2-3 years ..Save 3 Lacs approx (ninja price ) and save 5 lacs more in 2-3 years and Make 8 lacs as downpayment for R1 and BUY R1 after 2-3 years. I am 26 now (Not married) living with my parents.Please help me guys to take my decision

Now Here is the catch , The roads\stereches leading to my office is bikers dream ( good open highway for 15-18 km), also my office timing are mostly non-peak hours (Due to shift timimg),So one can easily explore his bike potential to full on daily basis .
So if i bought NINJA , It will be used as a second bike , just for weekend ride initially But i know i will be tempted to use it for daily commuting and finally it will be used for daily commuting.
Please guys help me out.
