saw that before you came in. He had FZ's alloy fitted (obviously) and it didn't look like he had to alter the swing arm... or at-least it looked very neat!

You just try to adjust the position of the lever there will be a point where it will not scrap against the kick.
BTW the gear lever position is not suiting me thats higher that what i want but when i adjust it, it gets very low i am not able to find the position that suits me
Never upgrade without getting your basics RIGHT.

try adjusting it through the linkage.....

one strange thing happened as when i lowered my gear lever by whole 1 and a half inch the false neutral tht was coming during shiftin from 1 to 2 gear completely vanished.......

              try it.....

Always insist and demand that Service Centre mechanic checks the system and adjusts the FI with the PC Diagnostic Tools. EFI bikes only can be tuned and checked and adjusted with the PC Diagnostic Tools.

Do this, your FI problem will be solved.
Can anyone plaease let me know where do i take my RTR FI for servicing in Hyderabad for the PC Diagnostic stuff.

Thats true. For every service of my RTR Fi I take the MOTUL mineral and the service guys do not complain. Even if it is TVS TRU4 they ask us to buy it from the spares shop nearby. So not an issue at all!

                            i have sort listed rtr fi,pulsar 200 n fz16

i wanna go for rtr fi for its technology....but confused wether this bike would suit me..........help me out guys
Absolutely. It WILL suit you. It is smaller than some other bikes but the ergos are pretty much spot-on. My friend who's ~6' tall and 80kg is very comfortable on my FI. In fact he prefers it to his cbz because of the added power. He commutes 80km a day in rush hour bombay traffic so he should know. Dunno why the other poster mentioned touring since you didn't ask, but yeah touring might be a bother on the rtr. Depends on personal riding style too i guess.
