      FAQs section:
      PLUG STUDIO / NGK

      Here is the partfinder:
      NGK Partfinder for Two Wheelers

It says Apache CR7E, EGP&EIX. I'm not sure if that is the one for the RTR as well. Maybe you could contact your local dealer from the list of addresses provided in the site.

Hope you are fine . since fall was minor i dont think any engine component can get affected . plus you are saying engine is sounding fine so dont worry and just change the leg-guard that got bent

            • Guys,After a long time I thought of crossing 100+, To my surprise the bike did not even cross 70km/hr.I could feel something is blocking after 60 km/hr. Upto 65km/hr it was perfect, it dint miss anything. Only last week I did my 4th service. Can you guys tell me what might be problem?

I got my Fi's chain cleaned and lubed 2 day the mech cleaned it and applied something called CL.It was in a puch and CL-140 was written on it it cost me just rs15. what is it exactly and is it gud?? or should i go with SAE90 grade gear oil?? I have heard its good for lubing chains, many ppl in the p220 thread vouch for it. so which one should i go for CL or SAE90???

I had similar issue, Mine is RTR carb one but from your profile pic it looks like a FI..

There was some problem with the Carb and the mixture was getting too rich at high RPMS..

Now the carb is changed to BS 29 and every thing is fine

RTR carb is BS 26 right? Then why 29?

I think its an issue with ur fuel filter/fuel lines etc. Also check ur air filter etc.

                        • Thanks guys.. Today morning I went to the service centre to complain about the issue(Since my 4th service was only by last week). He drove the vehicle in the OMR (from madhya kailash to thiruvanmayur). He said the fuel was blocking and he will get it fixed by the evening. BTW mine is FI.

                          • Guys, I had a bad experience in the service center today. I got a call from Service center around 4:30, they asked me to come and collect the bike saying the issue has been resolved. I went there at 5:15 pm (only 3 kms from my office). The mechanic who fixed the issue brought the bike. He asked me to sit back and took me for a ride in that area itself. He said all the issue has been fixed. He stopped the bike and asked me to drive, I could feel the blocking was in the 2nd and 3rd gear itself. I asked him what he did for the blocking issue, he said he changed the fuel filter under Warranty(Guys, How much does the fuel filter costs????). In the mean time bike stalled 4 times. When I checked the idling it was near 4K RPM . I asked why it has been set so high.He asked me wait for 5 mins to tune the idling. He came after 15 mins and said that RPM meter has gone . He asked for any stock in the spare parts shop. He said that he will change that under Warranty. He asked to collect the bike tomorrow evening saying all the issues will be resolved.

Today I was really pissed off , Before leaving the bike for service(last week) everything was fine. After the service all the problems creeping up.I'm planning to speak to service in-change ,if the issues are not fixed by tomorrow.

                            • @krishnan: RTR's Fuel Filter costs only Rs23 here.Regarding gearbox ,Why Don't You just consult Other TVS Service Centres(if near) or Reputed two wheeler garages ,Just to Understand what Really is the Issue? Then ,You can be confident in telling them the problem.
