  • Honda CBF Stunner - 2013 model

    Hi guys,

My bike is Honda CBF Stunner 2013 model , did 33000 kms on it. I have two problems in my bike,

    1. Vibration once crossed 60 kmph ( Below 60 it is very smooth)

    2. While reducing the speed from 50 to 45 - 40 - 20 likewise , not able to ride in straight line(going like snake ) Front Tyre is TVS (33000 km done) and Back Tyre MRF(new).

    Please help me ..

    • Fairing for honda stunner

I have a Honda stunner for past 5 years now. Recently the body has been making noises crossing bumps as if loosened. I was wondering if changing the fairings will shut the noise down.

That brings to the second question, should I be changing that to stock fairings or there are other options/customisations which can fit the bike.

      Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone. I m ankit from Raipur CG. I own this bike since 2009. 44000km and counting. Everything is good about the bike except the vibrations. Yes my ass suffers from it too for which this godforsaken model is famous for. So much vibration that i named my bike as VIBRANIUM. Starts choking at above 50 kph. So today idid the unthinkable. I bought a secnd hand unicorn at 15k, and switched their engines. Yeah. You read it correctly. The frames are identical for both the bikes. So you now know to get rid of the vibrations. For the **** ever.Peace out.

I think you need to check your front fork set up. I too had the same issue. also check your wheel alignment

Well everyone knows Honda Stunner has some serious vibartion after 60 till then upto 80-85, after then it is just nightmare. If you are facing vibartions, you replace the engine oil to Mobile 1 Racing 4T 10w40 Fully Synthetic and Replace the front sprocket (14T) with Unicorn 150/Pulsar 150/R15 V2.0 front sprocket (15T), the vibrations at 60 will be at 70-75 and Engine will run less stressed, But the initial pick up will somewhat get reduced but do not worry not huge. R15 front sprocket costs 100/-. Local P150 Sprocket costs 20-25/- but will last around 4000-5000km.
            Regards
            Saikat
