Re: Honda 125 Stunner CBF
hey jammbuster sorry to hear about your accident..
there's no denying that TVS tyre is crap, but even a grippy tyre would have trouble on concrete + sandy conditions. still if you want to upgrade your tyres then look for the R15 V1 tyres.. they are the best one can get.
and get well soon.. and invest in some riding gears. helmet, gloves, knee & elbow guards are bare basics..

Took my bike to the service centre and the SC guy told me that engine needs some work and gave me an estimate of 10-12 k.
is the amount quoted correct??
isn't it too high??

Few Queries regarding Honda Stunner
hey friends!
i am new here..and i have some questions and i thought may be your experience could be of some help to me.
I own Honda Stunner and am planning to make some modifications.
1. I wish to replace stock spark plug with NGK Iridium spark plug. Is it necessary to replace stock wires/cables also with those of NGK?
2. If i use K&N RC-1060 universal air filter, do i need to upjet necessarily?
3. I have done 9000 kms on odo, can i use fully synthetic engine oil like Shell Ultra? (i am already using semi-synthetic)
Thanks!

Re: Honda 125 Stunner CBF
Though I have not done such a setup in my bike, but I can tell you from what I know is that you will first need to convert stunner into a complete DC. To understand that you should put your query on the respective thread. and then you can think of possibilities by paying a visit to karol bagh.Originally posted by jammbuster View PostHi Frds,

Re: Honda 125 Stunner CBF
yup.. can be done. full dc conversion is not necessary. but if you want your pilot lights to be led's then, run them on dc. just take the live wire from ignition.. p.s. I'm no electrical guru.Originally posted by jammbuster View PostHi Frds, I want to install two pilot light in my new stunner....
