It also comes in a paper cover outside as i buy it regularly.

Also please go through some of the reviews in that Amazon page which i mean their opinions.

I have written what i believe and its not like everyone has to agree with it. Its totally upto them to try it or not. I have written because fellow biker needs an opinion.

As far as engine oil is concerned, anyone who loves their bike will closely monitor and choses according to their needs rather than on opinions and statements.

Unlike mechanical components and parts most of the oils are safe to test when the oil is upto the volume mark in engine and the bike is driven normally.

This is my opinion brother as i think i have enough experience to talk about it after riding many motorcycles for years.

I doubt the Valavoline Xtra premium xw50 synthetic blend was available at 08 to 09 back at that time. Or you were talking about other Valvoline oil.
Everyone can share their opinions as per their experiences and suggest to try them and its not like they are saying to follow their path or making some blanket statements as per your analysis.
Why anyone will say with confidence that it will work without testing it thoroughly.???

You seem to analyze the replies as per your view or thoughts. No point in further replying bro.

You have misunderstood me bro. I know well about the drain interval for the oil change in Pulsar as myself an owner using past 1.6 lakh kms.
i have mentioned the nature of the oil at 3.5K kms.
But still i am saying that Valvoline xw50 holds good and its completely safe to use for 3500kms without any doubt.
you can use the same if you have any doubts.
No need to change this oil at 3000kms( Valvoline xtra premium xw50 "Synthetic blend") especially for Pulsar. Its wastage of money. If you still have doubt, Take a Pulsar 150/180, drain oild oil, clean the engine clutch side completely and pour this oil and test it.
Hope i am clear. peace out.

your brake drum inside is glazed (its very smooth/polished), you just need to beake the glazing(make the surface rough as for the brake shoes to bite more effectively) in lay mans terms get 50 or 100 grit emery paper(wet paper in painter speak) and use it to lightly sand the inner surface of the drum to make it rough, it wont cost you anything if you know how to take the back wheel off (apart from 30 or 40 rs for a sheet of emery paper), or you can ask any local mech to do it
    Thankyou..

But as i said that oil is good both in terms of smoothness and drain volume at 3500kms.very very less amount will be vaporized.
For Pulsar 150/180 Valvoline 4T premium can be used for 3500kms without any doubt or second thought .

After service or after changing break shoes break became loose with in 100 to 200kms ride. Due to this i changed my back Tyre also. Tried all possible methods with known and unknown mechanics. Most of them are saying that the drum is perfect and only showroom people is asking me change the back alloy rim. Is it worth to change the rim or any possible solution is there. I wont mind to change the rim. But my only worry is what if it became same. So kindly answer to this. Thanks in advance.
