Rightly said sir. Damn the image of him in his pits just before the race pointing to his new website just keeps flashing in my mindOriginally posted by Abhii46 View PostToday I realised just how much we are attached to these riders, even if we dont know them personally.
. This has definitely changed the way i appreciate what these riders do on the track.

Im pretty sure he Died on the track Instantly-there is no way he could have survived that crash without his helmet.If you look closely its Rossi's hit that looks more fatal-when Rossi hit Sic's helmet is already off!

Edwards was lucky-he could have easily ended up under his bike.Last edited by RanjithMN; 10-23-2011, 04:42 PM.Smoke rubber,not tobacco.

agree with you my brother, same as the feeling of mine, same...Originally posted by Abhii46 View PostHe was a very good friend of Vale. How will one feel when your bike hits your friend and he dies.
It is tough to hold tears. Today I realised just how much we are attached to these riders, even if we dont know them personally.

was reading wikipedia Marco Simoncelli - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Just read the first line of his 2010 motogp career. "Simoncelli got off to a slow start to the 2010 season, having suffered two preseason testing crashes at Sepang; the second of which cracked his helmet."
ironic isn't it.

@abhii46: true feelings mate.
When it is time it is time. Yet again (as in shoya's crash last year) Marco wasn't supposed to be on the track after the front slide. The front tyre again picked up traction and the bike dragged him on to the other bikes' paths. There was no way CE and VR could have avoided hitting him, they were already on full lean.
When Ezpeletta started going in pits to talk to each of the riders it was sort of confirmed that tragedy has happened.
I was wishing not to read or hear the worse

Colin Edwards dislocates shoulder in
Sepang tragedy.
He must be in deep pain and sadness.
Wishing him speedy recovery.

Steve Parrish of BBC Sport wondering his thoughts out loud:
Marco Simoncelli: Steve Parrish on the accident
Strongly Disagree.My first thoughts - and this is absolutely my own gut feeling - are that Rossi could now retire. I know he will be mortified by Marco's death. They were close friends and had been for a long, long time.
