Yep, that's me brotherOriginally posted by sheelpriye View PostThey were telecasting in 2009, not even repeats in 2010
@tehBad1-- Is it Jai?
PM me your number some time...Lost it when I had my phone stolen..
Also, call when you're down next, we got a neat little Kol xBhp group going and would love to have you ride with us...
Cheers,
Jai.
P.S. Btw, I know Star Sports shows highlights of the SBK and Supersport races on a random basis...usually at times when most would be asleep or away at work...so that's really no consolation I'd say...Last edited by tehBad1; 08-18-2010, 11:31 PM."Every Man Dies, But Not Every Man Lives..." - 'Bubba' Blackwell

It would be very sad if yamaha did not allow Rossi to test the ducati in valencia, this will fire him up further for the next season. Honda did the same and did all to prevent Rossi from winning and burnt their fingers. Are yamaha so scared of Rossi? They have the best machine at the moment.

Yamaha shooting in their own foot by throwing tantrums around? Yamaha is probably considered to be the most rider friendly garage in terms of facilitating the riders.Last edited by TheRedPill; 08-19-2010, 03:13 PM.

Yamaha gained most out of this....now they have most talented and young drivers...who are good for nxt 5-6 yrs....Probably they saw Rossi as just an old rider(should I say old hen...
), one who didn't had much racing left in him....
How I hope that Rossi makes Yamaha regret this decision forever...
P.S. @tehbad1: Nice Pic man...
, any background??...i.e. who is the Doc gesturing to..?

your kidding right? Rossi quit yamaha, yamaha did not drop him. yamaha had a contract with pay cut. Rossi had other ideas. (sorry for reminding)Originally posted by kingkong View PostProbably they saw Rossi as just an old rider(should I say old hen...

Rider friendly? how do you explain a "WALL" (Rossi's idea) between a team garage. oh! wait. i know where colin got the idea of putting up his wall last year with James Toseland.Originally posted by sumit.pannalall View PostAnd arguably the best rider on it

yes...Rossi decided to quit Yamaha...but if you look closely...there were factors which led him to do that....they kinda made him leave......he is the same rider who said that he wanted to continue with yamaha till the end of his careerOriginally posted by soulstation View Postyour kidding right? nobody would want his salary to be cut and his competitor's being increased at the same time......Its an insult....an indication that you are not valued/wanted......am sure that yamaha could have reached a compromise on the money part....some middle ground...had they tried and they would have if they didn't had Lorenzo......its like saying that...
"we have him(lorenzo).....we don't need you now to win titles....yeah you can stay with us if you like...you need to compromise for that...take a paycut"
Also whatever Rossi said in his interview about fursawa retiring...and him not being sure of future.....is a clear indication that some things happened which made him unsure of the future he was so convinced about 6 months back.....
Also Rossi wouldn't like to leave the M1 at its peak...when its the best bike on the grid...

dude! 1 st sentence. the only factor that made him quit was Lorenzo. and he himself stated that "yamaha has to decided between him and Lorenzo". an ultimatum that the G.O.A.T was feeling the heat. then Rossi goes out and blocks the space between him and Lorenzo.?? dude. if i were Yamaha i would not take crap like this, irrespective of the History.Originally posted by kingkong View Postyes...Rossi decided to quit Yamaha...but if you look closely...there were factors which led him to do that....they kinda made him leave......he is the same rider who said that he wanted to continue with yamaha till the end of his career

Rossi also said that he would never race for Ducati. (then Livio Suppo is fired from Ducati) 2009 is where most race fans knew that Rossi is heading Red.
and trust me its not like saying what ever you thought was being said. its the other way around actually.
trust me.
interviews and press release. oh sure we believe in it. (hope your following F1 this year)
and about Rossi leaving a bike at its peak. ya rite. deje vu

Yeah...Lorenzo was the reason....but I don't think that he was afraid of Lorenzo or something......I personally would love to see these 2 battle on the same machine....Originally posted by soulstation View Postdude! 1 st sentence. the only factor that made him quit was Lorenzo. and he himself stated that "yamaha has to decided between him and Lorenzo". an ultimatum that the G.O.A.T was feeling the heat. then Rossi goes out and blocks the space between him and Lorenzo.?? dude. if i were Yamaha i would not take crap like this, irrespective of the History.
Maybe he wanted to be the Top Dog of the Team....which he wasn't going to be with Lorenzo in Team....
I guess nobody here knows the exact story or what goes on in Rossi's mind.....best would be to sit and enjoy racing....hope we get some exciting races...
got your point.....and I don't follow F1...its boring....interviews and press release. oh sure we believe in it. (hope your following F1 this year)
, I have realised that in racing the more famous something is the more boring it is.....F1 is more famous than Motogp..Motogp is more famous than WSBK....WSBK more than AMA....
(though I have watched only few videos of AMA...it seems exciting)
that time they didn't had a Lorenzo on the RCV....and about Rossi leaving a bike at its peak. ya rite. deje vu
