I tried to see good in it ... but for bikers means not much. For normal commuting, I do about 1000 kms per month. Even with 33 kmpl that is 30 lts of fuel. I'm saving Rs. 90 per month. That is not even a KG daal :-P ...

I use 45 lts of Diesel per month which is additional expense of Rs. 66 per month ... so I'm saving Rs 24 per month. (Actually get 50 on my FZ so nil)

But from the commercial aspects, the increase in diesel of Rs. 1.47 is hugggeeeee as the impact is huge. Buses, trucks, autos, cars .... very very bad.

Now petrol is 56.61 in Delhi. Its almost like a hundred bucks gets you two litres of petrol = 80 km of running on my bike. Great times!
