Seen the 2nd and 3rd videos already. The bikes are stripped to make the front light.

I wanna know if it really power wheelies in 1st gear with all the fairing and stuff? like a proper big bike?

I guess you are right about the ninja 650r.I have been reading its user reviews only for the past 8 days and till now didn't see a single negative review for the bike :O And regular users like you of i4 cylinder engines have confirmed that the bike is the most practical purchase here then i shall no more doubt on it.

Hi mukul. This is RabidRacoon. I finally have my old ID back.
I don't mean to say that u should be sticking under 4k rpm for 6 months. I said that u could extract some mental mileage if u did that. Rev her up sporadically tho as that will ensure good engine break-in. My only point was that u should be careful in the beginning.
It's not an inline4 but it's fast enough to kill u. U can indulge in sudden acceleration and everything else too but gotta make sure the roads a known one etc. Don't hold urself from experiencing what the Bike is...just do it safely and in style

Also pay due attention to the engine break-in! If u ain't sure what that is and how it's done best stick to the instructions in the manual

the Ninja 650R on display (at Vashi ProBiking) has a license plate on it now.

Went to the baja pro biking showroom in CP,delhi today and they said it'll be on display
tomorrow so tomorrow maybe I ll have a visit again.Hopefully test rides will begin soon too

Not sure about the ninja but the hyosung which the friend got had an approx insurance cost of 12k.Thinking about that now makes me realize that it's a mandatory investment too every year. :\

Yup I already follow the guidelines you just mentioned with whatever new vehicle I have owned in the past but I thought that i'd need to be very strict with a more powerful engine but now as you explained all of it filters down to basically how anyone should be treating any of their new vehicles.

And I am very strict at that by my nature itself and I don't even mind when the neighborhood kids ***** behind my back for not lending them the vehicle for a ride.

As they are not the ones caressing it for many years to come.

No not sure what an engine break-in means so i'll stick to the instruction manual for that.Thanks again!

Pretty strange , I called them on Saturday and they told be that display bike is in transit and will reach there showroom by next week ( friday).

Will give them a call again tomorrow.

BTW which color hyosung GT your friend bought. I am also more interested in GT but wanted to see Ninja is flesh before going ahead.

Oh the lady told me it'd be on display after 18th so I called her on 19th and because I had some work in CP I went there to check it out if they have it on display or not anyways.The guard told me that the bike is in karol bagh showroom at the moment but would be displayed in CP only throughout NCR.

My friend bought all white color.

Drove the GT and didn't quite feel absolutely brilliant on it.I like to sit up-straight when I drive,maybe that's why.Also I ll conclude my final decision once only when I drive the ninja too(if I hold onto my patience chords that long

Roll the throttle to 4k rpm. Then roll off...now rip the throttle like ur life depended on it. The front should lift about 2 to 3 feet. Chain has to be tight too as it's difficult to power wheelie the 650r. Cover the rear brake and don't be in a hurry..warm up the tyre else heaven could turn into hell.
I don't have the balls to power wheelie much..clutch is easier and controlled compared to power ones. Bring the front down hard a couple of times and ur bike is gonna act like a ping pong ball in a corner..not a good thing

If u r a stunter then u prolly known it all better.

It has 6 pages, with 2 pages about the 250, last 2 giving the details of the 650R and the cover and the first 2 pages dedicated to the ZX6R !!!

Is Bajaj trying to give us a hint ?!
