Is it a good deal to buy GT650 over Ninja or should I be wise and go for Honda CBR250 and wait for my dream machine R6.

I'm impressed with the 20 KMPL of GT650.

      Please suggest me.
If your dream machine is the R6 , then i suggest you wait for it. No point in blowing up a ton of money for a bike that does not give you wet dreams.

If you really need a bike, I would suggest that you buy a sub 1 lac bike, hold on to your money and just wait for the right time. Not many people can afford to buy more than one big bike.

On the other hand, if you have money to burn... then it just doesnt matter... buy all of those *****es

            at 4.46 lac OTR...

i don't see how Hyosung can refuse to revise the price of the GT650R.

            that's a 1 lac price difference.

@xionite: 4.46 on road? I dont think so. Its ex-showroom. In Mumbai it should be around 5.10 odd oTR. Please check

BTW, what about the potential customers of N250R? N250R costs about 3.03L here in Chennai & assuming the price of 4.7L for N650R, would that extra 1.7L really matter?
I just paid 3.2L for 250r the day before and 650r is no go for me coz i will be using the bike for everyday commute. And the more important point is i have not riden a bike in more than 2 years(apart from 1 or 2 occasional rides) and 72 bhp bike would be a bit too much to handle now. My next plan after getting quite accustomed to the 250r is the ZX6r .

My only gripe(selfish one) is that they dont reduce the 250r price anytime soon, else i won't be able to live it down

With this launch at such a mouth watering price, Kawasaki has taken a giant leap in the Indian market. While other Japs are busy thinking, Kawasaki is going for the kill.

Please Check with some Dependable Source in Vashi PBK ... Because it cannot be cheaper than Delhi i guess... Those salesmen/women hardly know the difference between the On road and Ex-Showroom terminology.... Sunny's estimate looks more real and practical...

I keep seeing 4.57 ex-showroom everywhere, not sure how they quoted 4.46. Which should take the price up to the 5 L mark.

                                no surety... only speculations.

There have been rumors about super sports making an entry by year end but it is still not confirmed.
