Bt its engine is too rough and quality is too poor

    Hi Mr. Rahul
Which model iridium plugs & K&N filters do you use in your flame. many people says 55watts will harm the power coil. Do you face any problem. What is your flame FE.
bro i sold my flame... i think k&n model was rc1060 and the iridium plug was the same one which fits in the apache... Well my bike was modded crazily with rebored cylinder, costom pistons, costom con rods, apace carb and an underbelly exhaust which was done by me... My bike had more than 150cc with very high compression...it ran properly only on speed from BP... Mileage was 50kmpl... This was an off topic question. No more OT. For more details pm me...

I expect people responsible to have done this before instead of adding fuel to fire.

"Man you say rtr is for enthusiasts while pulsar is for mango people... So you mean to only track lovers are enthusiast...not tourers right?"

never said that ... its clear before ... Enthusiastic doesnt mean a bunch of People
nor a Group of RTR Lovers ... there are lots of Options available

ROFLMAO hahahaha your comments always make me laugh
@shahbaz: i never spoke bout quality... From my personal experience, latest pulsars are very very reliable, can go anywhere and are much easier to repair than rtr... Apaches even today have a hell lot of serious problems like tps going kaput frequently...frequent misfires and cold starting is a very major problem...the worst part of the bike...maintenance cost higher, spare parts costlier, spaces are never available(in kolkata)..not even headlight visor and speedo sensor... Recently swingarm also out of stock... Only one proper svc in kolkata...the list goes on...yes pulsars do have own share of problems but the bike still runs with those problems... All my friends with pulsars ride it without problems without even maintaining the bike...those who are having some problems they dont seem to bother coz the bike still runs...whereas each and every rtr i have seen runs into problems every other day..all have severe cold start issues...failing parts...and main thing is the bike wont run properly and keep on misfiring until you rectify the problems...and finding the source is a real pain... I do love the rtr a lot but only becuse of these issues i will stay away.. But yes i still say the rtr is made of cornering thats why it corners well but gets unstable at high speed straights...where as the pulsar is made for city touring and does it properly... Man you say rtr is for enthusiasts while pulsar is for mango people... So you mean to only track lovers are enthusiast...not tourers right? Rtr is for track enthusiast while pulsar is for touring enthusiasts... Only thing which a pulsar down are the chunky tires and the weight of the bike... Pulsars are geared unlike apaches... I think you would have ended up buying a pulsar 180 if it was faster to 0-60 and 0-100 than an a180... This is not to stard any brand war man...its the truth... Both bikes have similar quality...and there is a difference between quality and fit and finish... Apaches have a better finish and tight and compact packaging which make it feel better...whereas the pulsars do have ill fitting panels and poor finishing... Apache looses its paint quality very fast. Becomes dull... Pulsars have one of the best paint quality even better in the speedlines edition... Only thing that keeps me away from rtr is the major problems with the bike, not easily repairable, no spares, no service support(in kolkata) this is the main reason i said in my first post that i would love to own a apache if it had a pulsar engine in it... If tvs needs to target enthusiasts they better improve the quality and sort out the main niggles apart frm playing with the looks...(man tvs spoiled the looks of thd apache, i so love the earlier apache)
And about that htc vs samsung part of yours...man its apple vs samsung now patent war still going hehe...
And man dont be angry...this post was a casual one...i should be corrected by all including seniors and mods if i said anything wrong...

Well Whats the point of telling about "ModShip" ? (Understand the Meaning of sentence).. Never said An Enthusiastic User will never go for Pulsar, I only said About Company ... In Context of "TVS Aim Enthusiastic (Includes Race Track, Racers too)"
Does it mean the one who is Moderator he is more enthusiastic then the one who is just a Active or Silent User ???

With All Due Respect to Moderator here....Without a Doubt
Is there a unit/gauge to measure who is more enthusiastic and who is less? If yes, do enlighten us!! I am sure Sunny, MG, SunilG, Noor, Ken.cool and the rest of the Mods would love to know where we feature on the enthusiasts scale. If not, then you should be prepared for cross questioning when making repeated baseless blanket statements on a public platform.

    Completely agreed,

As I always say's all bikes are for purpose its about User!!! what is there requirement is, what type of style they get attracted towards & what they want from there bike...

and to add more on my last statement, I didnt meant RTR is only option for Enthusiastic...

There goes Price, Quality, Performance, Style & diff. Subjects, but the fact is you cannot have all in one "BIKE or in one BOX"

See how it goes... just the fact man... If the rtr was 10 kgs heavier like the p180 and had the same tyres and sprockets as the pulsars then it would have been a completely different story(other than cornering)... one thing i have experience of is riding a p180 ug4 of my friend who runs a 14/47 spocket with extra chain linkage....and i wont say the accelaration part...guess it yourself... He is a very irresponsible rider though
