    Thanks but as usual, an unknown site and inaccurate material. Don't believe all this:

    Bajaj introduces the new version of 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 650R, with a huge price hike of 80,000 INR than its previous model 250R. The structure has been built up similar to that of the 250R sports bike.
    Also, I think its Ninja 650, not 650"R".

    It has been incorporated with a liquid-cooled 650cc stroke engine, with a peak out....

          That is REAL news. Duke 690 is the best big bike for Indian conditions. Naked (less heating), mileage of 22-24, ABS and serious muscle looks. Awesome
          Currently without a vehicle. Uber App and Bangalore Metro serving all my travel needs.

              j4zb4 FYI, the 2012 ninja 650 does not sport the 'R' any longer. the Bajaj website has not been updated to show the new Ninja 650. kinda hints at the Bajaj mindset wrt the ninja if you ask me.

                  The 2011 was an "R" model. In 2012, it was made more sporty, but the "R" was removed.

                  Its most probably due to journalist objections. They compared this bike to Ninja 250R and ask about the logic of the "R" tag on 650R, as 650R is not sporty enough, like 250R is.

                      R or no R,the ninja packs in some serious arsenal even if its a middleweight ''touring'' bike.every review vouches for its handling and ride quality on highways/city hence its one the most practical bikes on our roads.IMO,it looks much better than its predecessor.Check out the link!

                        Today I got a call from the probiking trivandrum showroom, vehicle launch is fixed to be on 09-08-2012. Booking wont start now it seems. Those who wish to buy should make a full payment after 09-08-12 and hopefully they will deliver it by Aug end.

                        Price - 5.5L (OTR TVM)approx
                        Colour - Red, Black, Green (not confirmed)

                          Hope both price and colour options are true and if they are gonna launch it so late in the year the numbers are going to be limited just like last year

                            Hi guys ...I hope Soloriders news is accurate..as now I have got disillusioned with PBK..looking at options to import the ER6N via other routes
