Resolving expesive part issue will only help the case.
As far as i can see cbr250 is the king of the quarter literish segment
LOL, you want this thread to get into a Ninja vs CBR fight. You should learn to respect all bikes and enjoy them.

Considering India is currently getting the Euro Spec Ninjas, I would expect the 300 to be here.

2013 N250 is supposed to be little more than the currently outgoing one!

So now the N300 would be a little more than that as well... So that means this could be anywhere between the 4-4.5L range.. Scary to think that you can get a 650 which roughly makes about 80% more power for an extra 1.8L !

Bajaj if and whenever launches this will have a very tough time pricing this right, especially with rumored bigger Duke/Pulsar coming up next year.

From purely a customer POV, albeit a very difficult but if they manage to retail the N300 at the current outgoing price. Then Bajaj definitely has a winner on their hands, considering currently the scales are tilted more in favor of the very VFM C250R.

It is most likely that we will get the 2013 250. The slipper clutch and other goodies on the 300 will bump its price to around the 4L mark which is a no-go for India.

    I hope Bajaj wanna have a 3+ L machine powerful than a 1.5 L pulsar next year.

    or maybe neither..

#the 350 twins are coming.. And hey, you want one too.

p.s.: No updates against the laptop cuz I'm having to clear all the pending work at office, which piled up during the hospital days. Bah!

Nope. It would be nice to have it though

Since the 300 has been developed off the 250, it will be nice if the 300 parts be compatible with the 250

The new 250 itself has seen a price increase (at least in Indonesia). There should be no reason why the price won't increase in other markets.
