You can tell this to the hundreds of Ninja 250 owners in Indonesia The Ninja 250 is already on the roads out there!

And like i've posted before, the 250 is for Asian markets (hence, an Asian launch) and the 300 is for Europe & North America (hence, a European launch)!
As always the step-motherly treatment to us Indians.
Forget 300,400 Kawasaki, get the 636 ZXR here! Nuff said!

Honda had huge expectation from CBR250 and they were expecting that it will do 2000units per month and initially it did very good numbers but from the last 8months or so CBR250 is roughly selling between 200-400units whereas R15 is selling ~3000units per month. Now you yourself decide whether its doing well or not

Why no reply from Payeng bhai yet?? And look at those Zigwheels guys.Seems like they are smoking weeds for too much.

Kawasaki got the world drooling over the newly released images of the Ninja 250, however the official release now sings a totally different tune

No no, that's not the case; even in Chennai ABS has about 45+ days waiting period though STD is available sometimes over the shelf. Not sure on what factors those depend upon

At least in Trivandrum, supply is not meeting the demand. New bikes are simply not coming to the showrooms. May be a 2013 model is due with new color options.

No way both the bikes are coming to India. KTM/Pulsar higher capacity is supposed to be launched next year and keeping two Ninjas will be harakiri from Bajaj's part

I think 300 would be coming to India, because Duke's 150 extra CCs are going to make more than 5bhp . And in today's Indian scenario where bhps are on everybody's head all the time, its going to tough to make people understand why a bike costing 1 bhp more costs over 1 Lac extra. So its better playing safe

Back to the topic. I am still confused if its 250 or 300 that would come to India (if it comes)
I believe it must be the 300, thats why Bajaj hasnt talked about the 2013 250 yet till date, let us see if they open their mouth after the unveiling of the 300 in Newyork. Since India gets the UK spec Ninja, this bike is listed on the Kawasaki UK site, so lets keep our fingers crossed

Edit :- Finally some more details,

    Maximum power 29.0 kW {39 PS} / 11,000 rpm
    Maximum torque 27.0 N.m {2.8 kgf.m} / 10,000 rpm

    Bore x stroke 62.0 x 49.0 mm

The entire specification can be found here

    http://www.kawasaki.co.uk/Ninja300/Specifications
