Ninja 250r owners: Any idea of how much it would actually cost in India. On road price in Delhi for N250R was quoted as 3.16lacs (roughly) when I inquired around 4 months back. Since, I won't be getting a dime from home, I need to start saving for it ASAP so I have to take minimum amount of loan. Also, please advice on how you guys managed finances while buying your 250's & 650's?

Yeah, that would look stunning too. Just that some of us (like me) have an obsession with black. Somehow I was never a fan of the lime green of the 250R but for 300, the green has become a little dark (IMO) with a dash of black and looks much better.Originally posted by somen1984 View Post

Bajaj's own lending: 9.5% for one year, 10.5% for two years, 11% for three years
HDFC Super bike loan: There are some clauses like min 30 years etc ... Do check it out
Tata Capital: Starts at 8.5% for one year. However they sent some other rate via mail.
Xbhpians: Has anyone taken any loan with Tata Capital? Anything to look out for? The moment I test "rode" the Ninja, I decided I am missing something in life. Any point waiting for N300?Carnero Ergo Sum!

Well got a slightly bad news for you..Ninja 250R was for 3.27L last time when I enquired in September. I actually went with a friend to test ride the duke that's when he asked for the Ninja too. I personally saved over 1 L. I bought it in Feb this year when it was for 3.10L. I booked it in Dec and at that time the price was 3.03 on road. They said the price applicable will be the one present at the time of deliveryOriginally posted by The One View PostYeah, that would look stunning too. no matter how early you book it (that was so bizzare). anyways, so I ended up taking loan from my company (CSC). They give max 2L loan for 2 years for 0 % interest and that's for any vehical (2 or 4 wheeler). Apart from that I also enquired with Bank of India. the ROI was either 10 point something or 9 point something. Not sure. But I was about to go with them in case my loan was not approved by CSC.
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Really? Please reveal the source so that we can take our drooling/contemplating/critiquing/pseudo-scheming to the Honda's 500s threadOriginally posted by chicane1879 View PostThere is a high probability of the Ninja 300 not making it to India...Almost Confirmed News!!

I guess N300 with slipper clutch and ABS is ok at 3.5 lacs. Buying a Ninja is still expensive but affordable, maintaining it is expensive. If Honda and Yamaha can make the parts locally in India, why cannot Kawa? Atleast the plastic/fibres, if made here locally would reduce the cost of maintainance. What I found is, most of the CBR250 owners are actually N250 fans who are not able to afford one.Siddhartha

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.
THE END
