I think the Ninja 250R is more than "2 Decades of Mature Wine" in its latest avatar .. i.e as Ninja 250 and 300

Styling was one front were many had second thought on with the mojo. and in the end it never saw daylight. lets wait for it. and see. if it's a good performer enthusiasts will go for it. After all looks are subjective.
Now what we need to see is how good they hold up in the compitition in the market.
Cheers

Don't compare a 390 with a 250. And the mojo is not even out yet. Let them launch the bike first, then we shall discuss/compare it with others.Originally posted by Satyamzma View PostKawasaki's Reaction after seeing Mojo 390 Beating their Ninja 250

That bike loaded in the truck looks to have dual exhaust. Is this to be a twin cylinder. I doubt it as the original mojo was a single. Mahindra has the tech now with their Moto GP bikes to give us a great bike. I hope they can do exactly that.RX 100

Actually the Mojo was a single at the (fake?) launch:Originally posted by Sarge View PostThat bike loaded in the truck looks to have dual exhaust. Is this to be a twin cylinder. IIRC, the ad of Mojo should the dual exhausts, but it was a single cylinder engine. Maybe the dual exhaust was nothing more than for looks. But i'm quite sure the ads during the launch was with dual exhausts.Originally posted by Sarge View PostThat bike loaded in the truck looks to have dual exhaust. Is this to be a twin cylinder. It was a 26HP single with 2 pipes.
I was not impressed with this and the design. But some how, Now I like the design and how different it is from our other crop of nakeds.
2 exhaust pipes is definitely a bad idea , it adds to unnecessary wight. (May be they don't want our show man modders to do a mediocre job later on Mojo.)
Most disappointing thing to me is the name. 26HP for 300 (is this 390cc story true?) will pale since some even Duke 200 have comparable power.
But Mojo is definitely high on equipment, great forks rubber etc.

Mahindra shouldn't be compromising on quality. The styling should be made a bit more harmonious. I also see some influences from a streetbike from Triumph , they can be sorted out. Performance, power delivery and the quality of engine should be at par. Dealer network should be strong. Other wise this bike has a good amount of potential.
